I browsed the jewelry meanwhile I was waiting and took a liking at what I seen. Definitely recommend this place.

Purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from Destinee and Jim, they treated me fantastic from the time I walked in the door from assisting with picking a ring to getting it sized they helped every way they could including sending me pictures of different rings and bands while I was out of town to help make my decision. Highly recommended!

Pineforest Jewelry is the premier business in all of Harris County. There is no other business that takes care of its customers like they do. I bought a lifetime battery for my watch back in 2021. I took my watch in today, 8/16/24, to replace the battery. My wife and were treated like royalty. No questions asked about the battery replacement and we were given a cool drink to combat the near 100 degree temps. The store was so cool and clean I almost asked if I could take a nap, which they probably would have allowed me to. I only wish all the businesses I patronize would match the business model of Pine Forest Jewelry. Keep up the good work and you will never have to worry about a lack of totally satisfied customers.

Always welcomed into this jewelry store . Bought a few things here. And my husband will not go anywhere else to get his watch battery replaced. The young man that repairs is very knowledgeable. One thing I miss the cuckoo clocks that use to be in ur store 🤣

I had an issue with one of my watches that, to be honest, they were under no obligation to address. It was a situation that could have easily been dismissed or passed off. However, Linda stepped up in a way that far exceeded my expectations. Linda took a personal interest in my situation, adding a reassuring touch of warmth and commitment to resolving the issue.

We absolutely recommend this jeweler! From the moment we set foot inside, we were helped right away with my engagement ring setting.

The setting and stone had been soft set from another big name jewelry brand, however we hadn’t picked out a diamond yet, so when the stone popped out eventually and was lost, we decided to check out local jewelers after we were quoted an insane price for a diamond from said big name jeweler.

Stepping in we were helped by Danielle, who informed us that they carried all kinds of stones, lab diamonds, natural diamonds and even moissanites (my dream engagement ring gemstone). Both Danielle and Destinee were SO knowledgeable about moissanites and I felt I could really look at the ring styles and think about the gemstone I had in mind, without feeling like I was being coerced into purchasing a natural diamond (like the other jeweler). My husband and I had seen a style we liked online on their website and got to see it in person, so when Danielle mentioned they could make it in rose gold like my original, we went ahead and placed our order. Since my original wedding band would no longer fit flush with the ring setting we picked, Danielle let us know they could custom make one to fit perfectly with the new engagement ring!

We were able to work with them within our budget and even got a custom wedding band as well as a cz set in my original engagement ring to be used as a travel ring! Now I didn’t know what specs the moissanite would be, and forgot to ask, but I felt I could trust the jeweler to pick a beautiful one that would be a good fit for the warm tone of rose gold, as I was sure that they carried top notch stones!

We were not in a rush and expressed that to them so they could take their time, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call a month and a few weeks later that both the set and the appraisal was ready!! I was completely blown away by how beautiful it came out! (We had received CAD renderings to approve a month prior) my husband and I are ecstatic by how beautifully executed this wedding set is!! The moissanite selected absolutely sparkles!! It’s everything I wanted and more! It came with its own little box, a registration card for my moissanite, and a beautiful little box with a QR code where we could see how our ring was made! My husband and I thank everyone at Pine Forest Jewelry for their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness they show every day. It is absolutely evident in their pieces.

Fantastic selection, fantastic customer service .. we were on our way to look at wedding bands but realized we would arrive 10 mins before closing. We called and they happily said they would wait for us.. and they did! Did not rush our shopping experience one bit. Everyone was extremely lovely even 30 min after closing time. Certainly going to be our local jeweler from now on! The ratings don’t lie!

I had a watch band repaired at a different place. It came apart 2 days later. Decided to take it to PineForest Jewelry to get it fixed. Was not disappointed. Customer service through the receptionist is great. The talented young man doing the repairs explained to me the mistake made by the other jeweler. I really appreciated the information. They assured me it came with warranty IF it does come apart again. (Warranty was not even offered at the other place.) All in all 100% satisfied. Will definitely be coming back for anything jewelry related. Thank you Pine Forest Jewelry.

I come see these guys every time I’m looking for a new piece of jewelry or jewelry repair. Their pricing in my opinion is a little high, but it matches their quality. I’ll keep coming back for my jewelry needs and I cannot wait to visit their new location.

I have wanted a custom ring with my boys birth stone for years. From designing to actually picking up my right, it went so smoothly. While I waited for my ring to be created I would get updates on the progress which I loved. When picking up my ring I got a story book card that explained and showed the progress of it being created. I have never seen a jeweler do this.

I will always choose them over others, the customer service and the attention to detail is top notch.
