I first visited Precision Align and Auto Service around 2010 at their location on University Drive in McKinney. I continued to take my vehicle and my family’s vehicles to them because of the exceptional service. I now live about 100 miles away and hadn’t been to Wes for several years. After a poor alignment at a shop near me, I made the drive to Wes and was immediately reminded of why I always went to him before. He is an honest, caring family man of the highest integrity. His new facility is “no frills” but please trust that his equipment, especially his alignment machine, is top notch and properly calibrated. Wes listened to my concerns and he worked very hard to dial in a very accurate alignment after a control arm replacement. My truck drives like new again. I highly, highly recommend Precision Align and Auto Service!

Wes is an awesome dude… His care for others doesn’t stop outside his business, I had ran out of gas in my Honda fit on a hill that I couldn’t push it up on and it was pretty cold outside, he stopped by and gave me a tow for free to the nearest gas station. Stand out dude…

Call to make an appointment. I arrived about 20 mins early, and he got started on the alignment right away. Service was efficient and I was out in about 35 minutes. This is how businesses operated in the past, good service, no nonsense. Thank you.

Got stuck in the middle of a long trip and found this place close by. Great service and hospitality for my family with a high quality no frills fix. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

I've been going to Wes for about 15yrs now, and he is an honest, hard working, knowledgeable guy. His pricing is very reasonable. So much so, that my father in law is a technician in FTW (so it's not convenient to get over there) and even he told us to use Wes because he trust the work that he has seen and Wes' pricing is so fair. He is well worth the 20mins drive north of McKinney!

I called in asking about something under my car scraping the road when hitting a bump. Rather than have me drive out to the shop to fix the issue, the owner recommended I find a nearby oil change place, as they likely could perform the repair quickly. Turns out he was right and I was fixed up in short order. I appreciated his honesty and candor with me rather than just making a quick buck. Will definitely come back to him when I have real work to be done on my car.

We had odd wear on our tires so we brought our van in to have a four wheel alignment performed. While being a small shop, Precision Align uses professional grade sensors you would find at a much larger location. We are glad we used them.

Great experience at a great price. When in to get an alignment after replacing my front control arms and he found a tie rod that I missed. Within a few moments the part was there and I was on my way. I found my new mechanic.

Fantastic auto-shop. They're super nice and they really care about you, they're very busy so make sure you schedule an appointment ahead of time and be very clear about what you need fixed or checked, no problem is too small for Precision Align. They're honest and won't push you into any kind of unneeded servicing like other mechanic shops will, no "oh we saw water on your cap on this part of your car that means the system needs to be flushed for $200" none of that. I got my car aligned and they checked some sensors and my breaks and even saw that my wheels were bent when doing the alignment and reccomneded new wheels but in no way tried to push me to buy anything they're connected to it was cut and dry. If you need any help they're totally open to helping you and non judgemental. They didn't change my breaks but they gave me a percentage (25%+) they were at because they weren't quite ready to be changed. Overall for this servicing I paid around $70 which is amazing knowing how dedicated they are. Highly recommend any day.

The MOST honest and knowledgeable mechanics & repair shop, I have ever encountered. The owner, Wes, is a man of honor, integrity & a straight shooter. He fixes what's in need of repair & DOES NOT try to find or create problems with your vehicle to increase his bill. I would recommend Precision for your vehicle emission tests, any maintenance or needed repairs, including body work!

Wes is a very honest person. If he can't repair your vehicle after inspection he will not charge you anything.

Gus was extremely helpful and very affordable. Every time I needed something he was very quick to get me taken care of.

Called them up about my truck steering all over the place when loaded down after I got a new set of tires. I was told they were pretty busy but to bring it in the next day. They asked if I could drop it off, I thought they were gonna need it for the whole day but I got a call a couple hours later telling me my truck was done. Now my truck drives true empty and loaded down.

The guys thought they could align my truck and told me to bring it in. turns out the truck was too heavy and they cannot lift it up to make proper adjustments, they did not charge me for the time they had involved. If your truck is loaded down with tools and way too heavy don’t bring it by because they probably can’t do it.

Wes is such a great person. He is honest and he does a terrific job on your vehicle. He is the best auto mechanic around.

The owner took time to talk to me and help me figure out what was wrong with my car, even if it meant sending me somewhere else. For the work that was done it was quality and done efficiently.

We've been doing business here for over 10 years. Honest and does good work. Hard to find mechanics like Wes around.
