Kroger

I really appreciated the night manager on 10/15 for going above and beyond to go back and check if the ice cream I wanted was in the back after I picked up my online order and then coming back with options after the one I wanted wasn’t available. Anybody else would’ve simply said they were out of stock and left it at that but he made sure I still went home with my ice cream!

Everyone is really nice here and always welcoming. Kroger has the best blueberry muffins I get them everytime for breakfast. I love the variety of foods here. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and everything is stacked nicely. So far I've not had any problems at the store.

This has been my neighborhood store for 20 years now and I love this store and the people who work here. It is not an epicurean market but they have the essentials and the price is fair. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Keeping kids in check!
Some teenagers were acting like goofballs while shopping. I mean, that's typical. I was a dumb kid when I was younger also. At the self-checkout, apparently one of the kids busted open a bag of chips all over the floor. They just stood around like it was no big deal. Someone else's problem. A Kroger employee came over and demanded to know which kid made the mess. Once one of the kids admitted making the mess, she told the kid where the broom was. Ha! I love it! Virtual high five. Clean up your own mess or at least ask for some help. Loved the shopping experience.

I went to this Kroger for the first time yesterday, April 1st because they gave me the best discount price on a prescription I needed. Great store...clean, friendly, huge selection of all foods. And they didn't demand Masking. Some folks wore masks, some didn't but everyone respected one another. All employees wore masks. I didn't see a single customer that was a "Mask-Shamer". There was ample room for physical distancing, and hand sanitizing stations throughout the store. The produce section was beautiful, the meat department super clean and smelled very fresh. I was actually impressed by the price of goods I purchased. I went in for one item and ended up doing all my shopping there. PS: Both Deli and Bakery were fully stocked and attractively layed out...While parking, I thought it was going to be a hole-in-the-wall but inside it was much larger than I expected. I'll be back ❤

It's cozy and hardly ever crowded. It's small enough that help in never too far away. It has a home town feeling rather than a corporate giant feeling. The people are so sweet and get to know you and remember you. They have a great selection of organic and regular produce for being a smaller store. Parking is never too far from the entrance. They always have pretty plants outside.

Is there 100 stars? I wish. This location was the absolute best Kroger experience I’ve had, ever. I’m 5 months pregnant and just moved back to Texas with my family.. today was move in day so you can imagine how tired I was. I forgot almost all Kroger’s only have self checkout open in the evenings so I got to the checkout lines with a basket full of groceries and almost on the verge of tears. I didn’t want to do that by myself lord knows! Well, Ms. Anne saw my struggle and called a cashier right away for me! 💗 Dominic & Amber so kindly checked me out & bagged my groceries. They even made small talk and asked about my day. The sweetest customer service. Amber also called help for me to get my groceries in the car, his name was Jordan. Also a sweetheart. I just want to cry!! I know it’s the pregnancy emotions, LOL. I will be back!!! Thanks everyone for being so kind.

I come to this Kroger occasionally because it is the only actual grocery store in Seabrook. From the outside you can tell it has been there for a while and when you enter it has the same feeling. The service is always good though that is why I come back, especially from Angela at self check out. You can tell she always puts effort into making the guests have a better day when they leave from when they came in. Anyways I’m giving it a 5 star because of her and I see the potential within the store to continue operating but under more responsible pretenses.

First time ever giving a review, but John and Genie both gave exceptional service at the checkout. Both very friendly and efficient striving to make every customer happy and put a smile on their face.

A great grocery store for the neighborhood or passersby. This Kroger is not one of the superstores, but it is a really great place to shop for groceries whether one is loading a cart-full or picking up things for dinner or a BBQ. Look for the "better than Wally-World" prices. Friendly staff and a small but good deli as well as helpful and prompt pharmacy personell make for a pleasant visit. The butchers in the meat department are knowledgeable and helpful as well. The employees will greet with a smile and won't smother, but if you need help, just ask and you shall receive. Because I have been shopping here for 27 years, I know that many of the employees have been here for a number of years, so the cumulative experience makes this store the great store that it is. No bias on my part in favor of the store, just an honest rating from my pleasant shopping experiences.

Called this morning about a package of cheese I purchased having mold on it and I did not have my receipt. John, the customer service supervisor said for me to come on in and I could get a new package to come to him directly. I arrived and said I needed to also grab water and milk and he said it was fine for me to just come back to him. Returning to the booth, he rang up the new package of cheese, waters, and milk free of charge! "For the incovenience" that right there is awesome customer service!

The Share your Christmas committee would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exemplary help we received from some of the Kroger employees. The employees assisted us in ringing up and loading multiple baskets of groceries for some of the less fortunate children in Seabrook. The employees provide excellent customer service. They were helpful and patient while we finished getting all the groceries. They were efficient and not only served us well but thought ahead on how best to process several baskets loaded with items in a way that did not block or slow down other customers. Clearly it is employees like these that make this Seabrook Kroger an amazing store.

With a store packed with customers stocking up for a potential tropical storm, the staff was polite, courteous and hel0ful. They were on top of restocking drinks and water, and were calling for deliveries of more water and other items they were getting low on. Great job!

Always a super friendly, helpful staff. Cannot say enough good things about this store. In the four years I have been in this community, this has become my favorite place to shop.

This Kroger is great. I am here often and the associated are friendly. Cashiers work very quickly to get you out the door. It is a big store but is not super busy on weekday evenings. Weekends are pretty busy though.

I was having trouble using the digital coupons this morning on the self checkout, but Betty was extremely patient and helpful! We got it all figured out, and I ended up saving $10 on just a handful of items!

Reliable. It was open during Harvey. Priced are kinda high compared to Aldi and Foodtown. But not by much when it comes to HEB which is a little far if you live in El Lago. Staff is nice and helpful. It was stocked during the Flood. Its ok

My #1 Grocery store. They not only have good deals on most products, their meat is always fresh and now I'm loving their new wine & champagne selections.
Go Krogers!!! Oh, and did I say the great savings I achieve on gas with my Kroger points👏👏👏
