labor rates are often met with skepticism but European Auto gets you in and out, and makes you feel that you aren't being over charged, or over sold. All employees are courteous, friendly and attentive to ensure all your needs are being met while waiting. While many people feel that the dealer offers expertise in they're brand, it's been my experience that European Auto is every bit as proficient and qualified at a far more affordable cost. They even applied a 10% discount that I wasn't expecting. There are few better feelings knowing that when you have to have maintenance performed on your car that you are being served honestly and fairly. Dallas European Auto is all of that and more.

Cesar and his crew are always taking care of my car needs. I had the parts for a full brake job on my Porsche and their team was able to complete the install the same day. Very reasonable and accommodating. Most recently I had a slow crank in my volvo, and his team was able to squeeze me in on Friday and test/verify I had a bad battery. They had me back I'm under a hour.

After moving from Nebraska, a family friend referred me to them and I have been more than satisfied with their incredible service. The repair/body shop professionals have been kind and supportive. In particular, Amir has done an outstanding job with my Mercedes C Class, going above and beyond. I'm used to leasing cars, but this is my first time owning a Mercedes and servicing it directly through Mercedes was a hassle. Zoom! And I'm back driving my car! Fantastic experience all around. Super easy to get a next day appointment and great communication along the way. When I dropped it off on a Monday they said it would be ready by the end of the week, which for me has usually been sometime the next week! Well guess what it's Wednesday and I'm driving my car again!

In 2018, Mercedes Benz of Plano told me that my transmission needed to be replaced, and they led me to believe they were replacing my transmission. I did not find out until 2021 that they didn't, but they did a partial rebuild on my transmission by replacing my K1 Clutch. They did not tell me they were not going to replace my transmission with a new one, but rebuild ít. After the tranmission repair failed, Mercedes Benz of Plano refused to warranty their work, and they told me the cost to replace the transmission would cost just under $10,000. This was approximately $1000 more than what they had initially quoted in 2018.

For three years, I paid for a car I couldn't drive, because I didn't have $10,000 to replace my transmission.

Recently, after searching for a mechanic who specializes in Mercedes Benz transmissions and seeing such high reviews in multiple places online for Dallas European, I decided to try them. I was nervous about the anticipated cost, because of what Mercedes Benz of Plano had quoted. Amir and his awesome team checked my car out and realized my transmission didn't need to be replaced. They services it and filled it with transmission oil due to a slow leak. I had never had any leaks with my car prior to Mercedes Benz of Plano transmission repair. However, I am so grateful to everyone at Dallas European who was honest about my repair needs, and they got me back driving my car after three years.

Best of all, instead of the almost $10,000 repair cost for a new transmission requested from Mercedes Benz of Plano, Dallas European repaired my transmission for less than $1000.

2015 Audi Q7 Sport was Whining
Our 2015 Audi Q7 Sport was whining and road so very rough.....hard to tell what is road or car on these Dallas streets. The team at Dallas European was awesome. They promptly diagnosed the problems, provided an estimate, and finished the work on time and on budget. We are so appreciative!

I am thrilled with the work ethic and the price to fix my Infiniti. I have been using Dallas European for a few years now. They provide dealer quality service for a fraction of the price. Most recently I took my car to have squeaky brakes checked out. I was sent a quote via email of estimated costs. After inspecting my brakes and doing 2 road tests, the mechanic at Dallas European determined that my brakes had significant amount of life left on them and did not recommend I replace anything. To top it off they didn't charge me anything for this service! I highly recommend Dallas European!
