Love these folks. I trust them with all aspects of our inbound import freight. From drayage, to warehousing, logistics, inventory, everything. Such a great group of people. I can’t thank them enough for all they do to make our lives better!

No problem. I parked on the road and walked in be there is room to pull in. They are very punctual so don't come early. 1000 appointment, arrived at 0915. A little early.
30 minutes is the norm. Got a door and they started right away. Works for me

I picked up a dry load in a reefer. This is one of the best places I've picked up from. I was worried about all the bad reviews. I did notice all the other trucks picking up when I was there were flatbeds. I was the only reefer. I checked in at 11:30 for a 12:00 pickup. Make sure you have your pickup number. They put me right on a door and I was loaded in about 20 minutes and rolling out of there. Everyone there was very nice.

As a new importer of products from Australia with containers arriving to the Port of Houston, we needed a drayage and warehouse partner to work with that would help us understand the process and how their facility operates. They have great customer service, respond very quickly and are very good about answering our questions. When we arrived to retrieve the contents of our container, they were ready and waiting to help. They were also very patient when our flatbed truck driver was late to arrive. As with any business, if you work together as partners and understand each other's way of operating, it works out great. These guys have done a wonderful job for us! We're very happy with their service!!

MS Warehousing does an excellent job for us. We bring many containers of product from South America and MS Warehousing is always good to work with. They are very professional and provide great service. Often going the extra mile to get the job done. On top of that, their billing is accurate and easy to understand.
I would highly recommend them!!

31oct2022, app 11am got there 1030 left 1215 stuff inside friendly, forklift guy friendly (full 53' dry-unloaded fast) enough room to turn around I HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE (overnight? maybe, I would put it to the doors for overnight) @ NO mess after unloading me

IF NEED SOME TELL LADY AT DESK YOU DO HAVE THEM SO SHE'LL GIVE YOU DOOR.

THEN GO DOWN TO DOOR 29 ASK FORKLIFT LOADER OLDER HISPANIC GUY WITH GLASSES. HE SELLS THEM ON HAND FOR US SO WE DONT NEED TO ABANDON LOAD. 30$ A PIECE LOAD BARS.

I had good luck here. 10am appointment, got here at 9 and was out by 10. Parking anywhere in Houston is azz so I parked 60 miles north and drove down in the morning. This is an isolated warehouse complex with multiple units. If you had to park here overnight you could make a spot and I think it would be safe..

Very strict about the appointment time. If arrived early then have to wait till your appointment time and if late then you missed it. Won’t entertain if missed. Lots of space to backup. Make sure truckers that before arriving, need pickup number starting with M….(following 4 digits) to check-in. Once assigned dock will unload fast. My load weighed 42890lbs gross.

Like any other shipper, some docks are really tight, Be very careful. You may damage your equipment or someone else equipment. Overnight parking may be on the street

Front window, Spanish lady arrive late only to eat, don’t care a drivers.
Warehouse people are nice and professional.
