I have been going to this office for several months and I have to say I absolutely love how everyone at that office cares about my well being.
My doctor (Rachel) is extremely caring about the issues I have been having with my health. I have seen a doctor (Monica) one time when I was very sick and she was very sweet and gave me a shot to help with how I had been feeling. They found out within minutes that I had COVID.

I have had such bad experiences with so many doctors offices treating me as a number and not a person. I almost gave up hunting for a good office until I found this one. Every employee from the helpful receptionists to the labtec, nurses and doctors treat me like I'm family. I cannot explain how happy I am to be a patient of theirs.

I have been going here for a short period of time but to see how much all the workers care for their patients is amazing! The front desk ladies are so sweet and always help me with what they can when needed. I 100% would recommend them to anyone! Especially Monika she listened to all my concerns and took action! Amazing team!

Paula Todd has changed my life. That might seem like an exaggerated statement but I assure you I am being literal. After dealing with 15 years of a condition that no other doctor seem to be able to treat accurately, Paula recommended a new treatment. Let me tell you. This medication has changed everything. I have energy. I want to go do things. I have my life back. I'm no longer in pain. If anyone were to ask me Paula and the team at Woodbury Meidical Center are sent straight from God.

Wonderful experience with my first visit! Dr. Monica was so caring and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Paula came in for a minute as well and was super happy and both made me feel very comfortable. Front desk/ nurses/ and lab tech were awesome too! Can’t say enough. I haven’t had the best experience with doctor in Murfreesboro over the last two years so this was a really great experience for me.
Will be my medical provider from now on! Thanks so much Woodbury medical!

I was on the search for a new PCP and did not want the larger practices of Murfreesboro. I made the drive to Woodbury and I finally feel I have found the right PCP for me. Paula Todd was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable of my diseases and how to handle them effectively. The staff were all nice, from the front desk, to the nurse and lady that took my blood. If you’re looking for a great PCP with the small town feel, Woodbury Medical Clinic is worth the drive!

Usually nice staff. But that's not enough to make me enjoy coming here. The only reason this is my primary care doctor is because my mother decided it would be a great idea to make us all drive 40 minutes from Murfreesboro every time one of us gets sick. Lovely. But aside from that, no nurse, doctor, or any staff should have an attitude when they answer the phone. I was already having a rough morning, called in to see if I could schedule an appointment for my thyroid. I need my prescription refilled desperately, as I have been without my pills for a WEEK. I tell the lady on the phone I need an appointment for bloodwork, and she tells me they do not do appointments for bloodwork. I was unaware I had to SPECIFY that I needed a prescription refilled. But if either of the women I talked to earlier had used a little bit of sense, they probably could've put together that I need an appointment for my thyroid pills. No one told me I had to SPECIFY to these people that I need an appointment for a REFILL. Since they take your blood at the appointment anyway, I assumed they would understand what I needed. My boyfriend had to talk to them to get my point across finally to a third person who answered the phone. So I'll finally get my medication. But this was very weird and not really a pleasant experience.

Doctors and staff for the most part are welcoming and friendly but I do feel like patient care has diminished greatly. Recommend Dr. Todd and his wife.

Incredibly frustrating day, went to Walgreens to get a vaccination since I already had a doctors appt that day in town, but they couldn't bill Farm Bureau's Insurance, so I went into the local Farm Bureau office and they said if I went to my primary care I could get the shot since they could file as medical vs RX, otherwise I have to file a claim for each shot. I then went to the appointment with my doctor and asked for the shot, but their VaxCare system kept sending back refusals for every single shot available.

So I was told to go to the Health Dept to try and get the shot. They too have trouble so I call Farm Bureau and jump through hoops. I then later get a call back from Farm Bureau saying that I am covered for all vaccinations but that they would need to talk to my doctor's office, suggesting I go back to them and call Farm Bureau so they can talk and figure out why billing isn't working. So I call my doctor's office and tell them all these things and they refuse! They say that all their vaccinations are handled through VaxCare and they can't fix it, sorry! I ask why they can't just call VaxCare and figure it out? They refuse again without any rational explanation as to why they won't help.

I'm getting so frustrated! All day long I have been jumping through hoops trying to get this figured out, so many professional people throwing their hands up in the air as if they are helpless to do anything...and the final option I am given is refused by my own practice, who can't even be bothered to follow up on why their VaxCare isn't billing right. They refused to call the number I was given by Farm Bureau and was told that I, their patient with zero power, will have to call their third party vaccination program that they pay for and thus have customer support through to work out this billing issue.

After a day of these endless phone calls and transfers and denials I curse out loud "Can somebody, anybody just help me? F**k! And they hang up on me, I know a curse word spoken during any tech support is reason to hang up, but I had reached the end of my rope. I call back and they hang up again, I call back again and immediately apologize but they refuse to give me the information to contact VaxCare, saying I can "google it".

After a day of being stonewalled by various healthcare providers and my own health insurance, here I am getting stonewalled by local people who, several years ago, had gone to the trouble of calling my insurance while I was there to sort out an issue. What changed? They brought on a third party system that allows them to throw their hands up in the air when a patient asks for help. "Oh we're HELPLESS to help you anymore, because now WE have to get on the phone with tech support and can't be bothered to do that even though we hold all the cards to your healthcare." Oh, and when I called Farm Bureau back again for the 100th time nobody there had ever heard of "VaxCare" so perhaps not such a robust system?

I really used to like this place, Dr. Paula Todd was kind and great to work with but I rarely ever see her anymore, and that's a real shame because I think she would have gone out of her way to help if she knew. Regardless of not getting to see her anymore, I've really appreciated the other nurse practitioners there, who seem to genuinely care about their patients. They are not at fault here, their administration and this 3rd party billing company is.

I will be seeking new medical care where they are willing to at least bother with the most basic of communication between healthcare providers.

I was a patient of this practice for 2 years. Initially assigned one of the nurse practitioners; she was lovely. Also saw Dr. Paula Todd on one occasion, also a good experience. However, without consulting me (I am the patient after all) my care was placed with one of the staff physicians. My experience changed from pleasant to dismal overnight. I dreaded each appointment as my provider was rude, argumentative and above all, condescending. No one appreciates being talked down to or dealing with someone who has a dismissive attitude. I didn’t feel “put down” but rather mildly amused that a medical professional believes such treatment falls within the range of appropriate care in 2023. I hung in for two reasons: A) I believed the situation would improve (it didn’t, but rather, worsened) B) it’s just a short drive from my home. I tried to go back to the original NP I had begun with, but apparently Woodbury Medical Center doesn’t allow this. I will allow that the office staff (my compassion is with them!) is beyond nice. However, 2 of the staff who’d worked there the longest both left. Make of that what you will. I found a new, competent, caring provider only a few miles farther than Woodbury Medical
. I consider the extra miles a small price to pay to have great medical care. I’m an educated professional who can hold my own in any encounter, and I was still talked to as if I were ignorant. I shudder to think how this practice treats someone more vulnerable than I. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.
