Many years ago, when he had his first shop at Midland Center, I bought a used Glock. He had the right attitude in general but as I told him then, if he kept that same attitude in his business, he would be successful.
He did and you see the results. Lots of selections and work with you on the price.
I hope Bill remembers that from several years ago.

Great gun store! Everyone here is super nice & very knowledgeable about their guns & no pressure to buy! Have bought quite a few guns here and also traded a few guns to upgrade my collection always get great prices for my trades & great prices on my new guns. Their layaway is also great & have used it a few times. So much better than the big Gun stores & a better selection!

Have been doing business with these guys for about 7-8 years now, and they are the best!! Best in-store selection in local area and can't beat their prices! I have no desire to deal with anyone else. Ive bought a lot guns and transferred several more through Bill's. The team there is knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is top notch and Id pay more to work efficiently with their experts compared to waiting in long lines at a big box to save a few bucks. But, Ive recently found some really good deals there recently as well, double the value! 3 years ago I had a new gun catastrophically fail, Bills took care of the return and handed me a new gun in a 15 min exchange. They sell ammo as they get it at reasonable prices and they are able to keep plenty of guns in inventory. Well run, honest, professional.

Best place in town to buy your guns and ammo. I haven't bought a gun anywhere else in the last 7 to 8 years. The prices are hard to beat and they offer a good value for your trades. The staff is awesome and informative. They have a great selection and variety. If they don't have it in the store check them out online and your sure to find it there.

First time in this shop as I wanted to venture out that way to check out a few gun shops outside of my part of West Knoxville/Farragut area.
I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in with a friendly Hello and was told if I wanted to look at anything to let them know. I thanked him and just wanted to look around. Great selection of new guns and very competitive prices. I found one I wanted to take home and the individual who helped me was very nice and helpful. Checking out and paying didn’t take long at all including background check.

Go here for almost all my firearm and defense needs! I love visiting Bill’s it’s always a great experience. Not one have I been treated any different because I’m female and looking for gun equipment. I highly recommend visiting here! The staff is phenomenal! I could talk to them all day. When you go in it’s like going to a friends house, you’re welcomed in and they treat you like family!

Not only is the staff welcoming and helpful, but the prices are very fair. Before going to buds gun shop i decided to stop by to see what they had. I already decided on what i wanted to look at. They had the same gun in in stock for $30 less. I was out of the door in less than 15mins. I will be a returning customer.

I believe a lot of complaints on here come from Bill's just being different from other gun stores. The guys at Bill's aren't a high pressure sales staff looking to push window shoppers onto anything while boasting and flaunting every single little detail about anything and everything gun related to sell you on just how much expertise they have. Most gun stores have sales guys working there that remind me of "car guys" that literally take 10 minutes to just tell you the make and model of their car, making sure to name every detail of every brand of part they put in it, down to the color of the aftermarket coolant reservoir cap they installed. That's annoying. But, unfortunately, that's what people have come to expect, so when just a normal person is in a "sales" position, and they're not obnoxious like that, people think something is wrong with them and "they don't know what they're talking about." I own a various assortment of different firearms, and always shop at Bill's because they almost always have the best prices, the people there are just normal people that do a good job. Big selection (aside from the "Pandemic Gun Craze" that's affecting everyone.) Keep doing what you're doing guys.

Best in the area, friendly knowledgeable staff and a huge selection. Was recommended to come here by several former military and LEOs they all said Bills is the best and I agree completely!

Always friendly and great customer service. My wife and I have purchased several guns from Bills. When my wife was shopping for her first and 2nd handguns they spent a lot of time answering her questions and allowing her to handle various different models. They made various suggestions based on her questions and never pushed one brand or model over another. I have also had a couple transfers through Bills. He has very reasonable transfer fees. Prices and selection are much better than the surrounding area competitors. Bill and the guys are our go to gun store. We stop by frequently and buy ammo to help support such a great business.

Was in the area, actually was researching another place, but this shop was recommended. Just stopped in for some ammo, but they have quite a selection of various different firearms as well. I would definitely go back for more purchases in the future.

Wonderful selection. I bought a Stevens 12 Gauge here. Great staff. They informed me that they were there if I needed anything, but left me alone to look and shop for myself. That’s a rare trait to find nowadays.
