Burger King

We stopped here for dinner on a road trip and (embaressingly) locked ourselves out of our car...with the car running...🤦‍♀
After sitting outside by the car for a while an employee and manager came out to see if we were ok and if they could help at all. We went inside to wait for the locksmith to get there and the manager insisted on remaking my husband's sandwich because it had been sitting there for 40 min while we figured out what to do!

The food was amazing!! Hot and very fresh with the employees being very fresh. But them fries thooo.. Omg 🤤
The food is definitely worth the price. The building is clean and looks pretty much new. The only problem is that they play really old stuff on the TV, like Andy Griffith.

Usually all fast food places are the same to me but this one was different. The food was fresh and the cashier was extremely friendly and nice. My wife and I have said next time we want Burger King we're going to this one.

Food was hot and fresh as always at this location. Plus, the staff are just about the friendliest folks in town. I wish I knew the manager's name because I can just tell she's a lead-by-example person and I'd love to give her a shout-out.

Some previous customers were giving these girls a hard time tonight. I go to this Burger King a lot and never have issues. Tonight my bun was burnt; not the end of the world. I was already home by the time I saw it but all you have to do is ask for them to fix the problem and they will. You don’t have to treat fast food workers like trash because you’re miserable with your life.

This is hands down one of the best BK's experiences we've had, (our local BK in Christiansburg is terrible) so when my son insisted on having BK I honestly braced for the worst, we were received with a lot of smiles and friendliness, every employee we had contact was not only polite and professional but friendly, my kids and I had each a Whopper and my son added chicken fries and my daughter added a Hershey pie as well. Everything was clean, the soda counter, Ketchup dispenser, trashcans, tables, benches, the bathrooms!!! And in the hour we were there we saw 3 different employees come to the food court to sweep and or mop the restaurant was not occupied, nonetheless, floors were being swept, tables were wiped, and smiles were given out. We come once or twice a year up that way and we will make it part of our route whenever we do. Congratulations to management and great employees, class act!

Stopped for coffee and the young man at the register was the most positive and polite person I ever encountered at a fast food establishment.

We go there on senior citizens night for our dinner. The staff is very friendly and what I can see this staff has it together seems like they work very well together. Best burger king I've ever been to.

Went thru thr drive thu tonight at the busiest possible time, and unfortunately, they were understaffed. However, the manager was handling everything as fast as she could. I really appreciate the staff, and sometimes, if you're just patient and polite, it goes a long way. Food is great and worth the wait.

My cousin's own Burger King. I've always loved the Whopper. Use to work there when I was young and they had a big fish sandwich I loved. I would get one on my break.

Today ( Thur the 15th of June 2023). I went through drive thru at the blountville location. The two young men at the drive thru were awesome. The first young man in the first window joked around and seemed happy to wait on me . The second young man was just as sweet as could be. Even though I had to pull up and wait on four chicken sandwiches...I didn't mind at all. It was just a few mins and when he brought my food out he told me to "be careful now". Those are very hot.....in that southern TN twang....what a sweetie. Good job guys! U made my day today:).

drive-thru hospitality is always on point but tonight your staff went above and beyond... From the personality on the speak box taking my order all the way to the management ensuring my order was correct and my big furbaby got his nuggies. 10/10 as always!

I love Blountville BK the staff are amazing. I have seen many come and go but they have always maintained a level of respect and comfort to each guest that comes in. Only the one in Blountville TN though the rest are in the negative for so many reasons. So if yall see this thank yall so much for all the hard work and great customer service!!!!
