Love this place! So many great deals and a new item every time I go. I only buy my meat here and do most of my shopping here. Angus Tuesdays are the best! High quality meat at great prices.

We have had the privilege of shopping with UGO for years now at Crossville and all managers especially the night shift manager Jenn are extremely nice and helpful. We appreciate them working to help us when or if we have a question. We are in the store usually two or more times a week since we have a business and are always treated good. Keep up the great work!

Never know what you will find here! Everything from canned food, snacks, housewares, pet food, fruits and veggies. Prices are great, especially on sale meats. They accept cash and card.

NICE store!!! Have quite a variety of things. What caught my eye was the meat cases...the meat looked fresh and reasonably priced. We need to come back with our cooler!
All in all, I give it 👍👍!!

A total blessing from GOD this store is!! The best prices and great friendly customer service.. The savings are amazing. Most of their items are half the cost of the bigger stores or more. Most of the employees have worked at the store for years so company management must treat them right.

I can't ask for a better store for help everytime I need it especially when I do my Meats right there on the spot for me I always appreciate them and always thank them for having the best meat in the county thank you

Great place for overstock items that are named brand items at greatly reduced prices. Fresh meat cut daily. Store has been updated and looks great. 5*.

I love UGO! I've been a proud shopper since I discovered it many years ago! Now you have to know what to expect and what you get.

They have great meat deals all of the time, and they do have some good to great meat selections most all the time.

You do have to watch sometimes for expiration dates, but still a lot of it is good.

If you find something that you love there grab it up for sure because you may not see it again. So I love to stock up on things when I go. I have a large family and this is an essential shopping location! Great deals all the time.

The staff has always been great there. I've seen a lot of staff over the many years, but they have all been very friendly this far. Good job team!

I was new to UGO. I signed up for emails and received a free loaf of bread. I had not printed the email. They forwarded the email to the store, and printed it out. I later received a coupon for a $5 gift card with a $30 purchase. I printed it out and everything worked great. Extremely friendly staff. Watch expiration dates, if that is important to you. I am sure that the dates create some of the great pricing.

I have really need to brag on this store . This has got to be the cleanest , most well stocked and organized UGO I’ve ever been in , even the labels on the canned food are facing the same way .The employees are always great to deal with , their customer service is beyond great !!!

You get what you get, don't throw a fit. Each visit is a new experience. Prices are downright cheap on the items they have, so don't hesitate.

Evidently it has new management, because the place is cleaner and the shelves are stocked and organized. I changed my previous 1 star to 4 because it still has a bit of work to do. I raised it to 5 stars. The new manager, Justin is absolutely remarkable. This store is so clean and organized now. We really enjoy shopping there. The meat department is a thousand percent better than it was.

My first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great prices on the meats and the largest chicken wings I've seen in a long time. The store was clean and orderly.

Very affordable prices, especially on meats! Wow! Staff was very friendly. I just wish they would have packaged cheese slices instead of them packaging only two types of slices theirselves. (Still bought it though). Will definitely be back. OH and Natures Own Honey Wheat bread and Meritas white bread 2lb was only $1.29 and soft!
