Lean inexpensive roomy room , nice bathroom also mini frig , micro wave. decent flat screen tv.

Attended a workshop at ScubaDive65 and stayed here for a couple of weeks. They have a coin-operated washer and dryer, ice machine. In the room was microwave, refrigerator and Streaming TV, table, dresser. Great location.

Nice,quiet place to go. The owners have always been very courteous and grateful. Very polite. Rooms prices aren't overly charged and rooms are clean. We have came 3 times to get away from the humdrum of life. In a nice,quiet spot. They will not allow any craziness or any trouble and I love that!

Every time I have come here the staff is always been polite. The rooms have been clean no problems with the amenities although the price is gone up just a little bit unfortunately that's what today's time so it was a convenience when it was needed

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Booked online through third website but were told if we cane in directly he could have gotten us a better deal. Internet was great.

Don't let the look of this place fool you. We stopped here after a problem with our debit card. we were returning home from vacation (we live clear in WV) when We found extra charges were made without permission, so we were REALLY strapped for cash and desperate for somewhere cheap. We saw this place and were nervous at first! But it's actually a fairly good sized room, very clean and the guy working gave us a two bed for the price of one, after explaining our dilemma! Floor so clean I let my daughter crawl on it. Pleasantly surprised and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The Budget Inn was amazing! I cannot believe we found a place, our family of 4, in such a place! So clean, and we'll maintained, not to mention how amazing and helpful the manager was with everything pertaining to local attractions to small tips on how to get where we wanted to go eventually. Hospitality was exceptional with the owner very much paying attention to tending to guests' not with the utmost respect and help and a great person!

Stayed here after trying to find a hotel in Franklin, TN but had no luck because all were booked! So we drove a little further down 65 South and found this place! Perfect for a place to lay your head for a few hours before heading back on the road to Destin, Florida! Very clean, comfortable beds, easy parking, heat/ac worked wonderfully! Not much of a breakfast here but they did have good coffee and honey buns! Owner was very nice and accommodating. If you are traveling in this area and need a very inexpensive room for the night, this is your place!

Best motel ever!!! They take great care of customers.They make you feel welcome from the start,cheapest rates around for nightly and weekly! Breakfast and fresh coffee in the a.m. also no problem when you need towels or sheets they are right in top of it!!Thanks for all you do!!! Great people

Easy to find. Rooms were clean and the guy at the window was nice. It felt like it should have been cheaper.

Whenever we come in to visit our family we always stay here. It is always clean and the price is very decent there is no reason to stay at a bigger hotel and pay more than double when this place is clean
