Recently bought a whole bedroom suite. From purchase to delivery. Was hands down amazing. The man who helped me and my wife get what we wanted was awesome. His name was Keith. The guy had to be one of the best customer service oriented people I have met. The prices were great. Wasn’t expecting to be able to buy a solid wood set like we did for the price. Thanks for the help!!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Great mattress. Had to order the mattress we wanted so it took longer to get it than expected, but overall a great experience here.

We purchased a bed here recently after having a very bad experience with purchasing online from a different retailer. Keith was extremely helpful and accommodating. Prices were very fair and they have a very good selection of high quality mattress brands. We were able to pick up our mattress right from their warehouse as well on the day it was expected to arrive. The whole purchase process was seamless. I highly recommend this place - lots of quality mattresses at all price points and good customer service.

We purchased a king sized Dutch Craft Ascend pillow top mattress set from the Mattress Outlet. Mark Tanner was very helpful in explaining the mattress choices we had to chose from. They have several great options. They deliver it for free and also haul away your old mattress with no extra charge, other furniture stores we visited didn’t offer that. The Dutch craft has been extremely comfortable. We would recommend the Mattress Outlet to anyone.

I have never had such a pleasant, easy and fast experience buying a mattress. There was a great selection at various price points. We got a very good and comfortable mattress at a reasonable price... and the bonus was that it was made in the U.S.A.

The best part though was the excellent, above and beyond service! Keith was professional and well versed on all the different mattresses and products we were interested in. He gave us pros and cons and made fabulous suggestions for other products, like the cool gel pillow which we loved. To top it off he closed a few minutes early and personally went with us to the warehouse to pick up the mattress so my friend didn't have to sleep on an air mattress! Thank you Keith! I will be back for another mattress when we remodel the other spare room!

Great experience! The salesman asked many questions to make sure I got what I “needed”. Delivery was primped and on time. Unpacking and setup was done in eight minutes. Like I said, Great experience!!

The owner of The Mattress Outlet & Bedroom was in the store when we went there. He was very helpful and I knew we would find just what we were looking for there. He gave us a super deal on 2 queen mattress sets. The delivery guys came the next day and were great as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in the market for bedrooms and more.
