Very good food which is surprising because you think it's just a convenience station for gas, the staff was very friendly & went out of their way to make us fresh food. The prices are very fair also

Proffitts Market is super convenient to us who live a little way out of town. Their deli offerings are varied and everything we've tried is super delicious. In particular, we like the pulled pork sandwiches and potato salad.

100% Pure Gasoline? Your damn right!
Pump was absurdly slow, took at least 15 minutes to pump 20ish gallons but I am excited to have the ability to even purchase ethanol free Gasoline.
As an out of Towner, this was a decent little convenience store to stop at for fuel and a quick bite to eat.

We recently discovered a "back way" that takes us into Crossville, keeps us off 127, AND takes us right by this hidden GEM!! Walking in, I saw the sign for BROASTED CHICKEN & my heart stopped!! For 30+-years I've been TRYING to explain broasting to the ignorant masses, failed miserably, & NEVER thought I would see it again! AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

O...M...G... The chicken was SO moist that I needed more napkins, because the juice was running down my arm! And the crust??? (My kids tease me, saying that the only reason that I won't eat at KFC is because I can't buy a "Bucket 'O Skin". LOL - And they're RIGHT!!) Their skin was super- crispy, tender, AND seasoned to PERFECTION!!

And THEN I found out that the reason there were no chicken livers in the hot case was because THEY COOK THEM TO ORDER!!! :O WHAT??? I TRULY went to Proffitt's in a DREAM last night, my subconscious mind craving their chicken, and my mouth is watering RIGHT NOW, as I plan how to get there again SOON, for more stellar chicken AND some fresh-cooked livers!!

Staff was extremely polite! Ordered a turkey sandwich and it was fresh and absolutely delicious 😋. Highly recommend

Stopped in for Biscuit sandwich and a coffee one morning and it was very good, people were very nice inside nice place to eat

The ice cream is amazing and we're so glad they sell racing fuel for the late model

Extremely clean, they serve hot food from the grill and put a lot of effort to do a great job

They've got some good breakfast and lunch food served fresh

So glad we finally have a store out here, and ita phenomenal!! 2 thumbs up!!! I'm there all the time. Very convenient!
