Mike at Spa builders was extremely helpful. Extremely courteous took care of all my needs. I would definitely recommend calling him if you need a hot tub couldn't ask for a better sales and service guy.

Wife was excited to purchase new hot tub. Now all the excitement is gone.
Start with I have texts, water bill, copy of weather during this time period.
Our tub is delivered, it was just over 2 weeks before we could put water in. It was never close to freezing when we had water in the tub. I waited until the next morning and texted that the tub was leaking badly.
They came out replaced a manifold, then left. The next morning it had still leaked, waited a couple days to confirm, yes it is still leaking. They sent us stop leak to put in new tub, ok. After 3 applications it is still leaking. So there is now a $250 service call on a new tub that leaked since new.

They are trying to say it froze here, unless it had some water in it that they didnt tell us about. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

So brand new hot tub that still leaks and we are on our own..
