Dr. James Spurlock has been taking care of our entire extended family for years, and has been available to us in so many emergency and critical situations. He is willing to help at the drop of a hat, and gives us personal care, and pays attention to the needs of all of us. We are so grateful for him and for his caring staff. Don’t know what we would do without them!

I have been a patient of Dr Spurlock for about 15 years and he is also my 3 adult children. I wouldn't want any other Dr Dr Spurlock has gotten us through some serious illness and they always treat us great.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Spurlock's since 2003, and more recently we have also seen Dr. Blankenship, his daughter. We have always been treated kindly, and with respect by everyone in the practice, at both locations (Woodbury and Lascassas). Our needs are always met, referrals to specialists are made in a timely manner, and I feel that they go above and beyond to help us out in unusual or complicated circumstances. Outstanding service and medical care - wouldn't change a thing!

A very nice little family clinic. They did an awesome job of getting me in asap. Dr. Megan was caring and took time to listen. Nurse April was super friendly and sweet. An awesome experience all the way thru, (despite the horrible ear infection I had). I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Such sweet people always do there best to get you cured and without having to wait a long time they get you back quick

They're like any other doctors office. Not pleasant to go to but not terrible either.
