Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland

We have been thinking about getting a hot tub for a while and just decided to drop in to Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland. The showroom is beautiful and clean. Logan Hardin assisted us with her knowledge and expertise. She was very patient with us as we are total newbies and had lots of questions. Due to her time and effort, we decided to purchase through this business. We picked it up today, but brought home the wrong cover. They immediately sent Matthew with the correct cover, and he was extremely friendly and kind. We are very happy with this company so far. Thank you Logan and Matthew!

What a great experience with Hot Springs in Crossville Tn. The best place to buy your top rated hot tub. What I thought was awesome is they have a showroom with current running models you get to change into swimsuits and try out the tub of your choosing. Great selling point by the way . Top rated sales rep Logan was so professional she delivered. Very well informed about spa care etc. We also got to meet Dennis the owner he was the utmost open honest entrepreneur I've ever dealt with very impressive this location on cleanliness well designed and the ambiance that shows off their beautiful spas. Thank you for making my birthday a special one this year .

Misty Wright is awesome! We had been trying to figure out when to get and where to put a hot tub for years - starting prior to Covid interruptions. Misty was always so patient and professional on our journey- offering guidance all along the way. Helping us choose the right fit for us, making sure we had the latest model, and working with us to delay delivery while our building was getting finished. The delivery crew was great at setup, Misty even came out to walk us through the initial water setup and answer any questions we had. Looking forward to a long relationship with her and Hot Springs of Upper Cumberland as we continue the journey as spa owners :) Highly recommend Misty and her team!

Misty made our quest of buying a spa easy! We first went to the showroom in Crossville in the summer of 2022. She spent time educating about what they had available. Daily issues took over and we did not buy a spa that summer. Two years later, we contacted Misty and she still had our information on file. Her patience and knowledge of the spa product are vast and we did end up buying the spa we wanted. She is personable and knowledgeable and we highly recommend using her expertise to find the perfect spa model for you. She is just lovely to work with. No pressure just facts! We purchased a new Hot Tub from Misty and we couldn’t be happier with the process. Misty listened to both our hot tub needs and budget. She was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect spa for us!! We had been using Hot Springs Upper Cumberland for chemicals for our old hot tub so when we were in need for a new one we knew where to go. I highly recommend seeing Misty for your hot tub needs and questions!!

Stopped in to find information about our hot tub. But not sure what brand it is. The cover is bad. Misty was very nice and explained they don’t work on other brand hot tubs or spas. Which is 100% understandable! She gave me some information of possible other companies that could possible help. I’m defiantly going to so some more research on our hot tub. FYI: Purchased a property and it came with, thus not sure what it is.

Hopefully it is a Hot Springs brand because Misty and another lady there were very kind, even though I stopped in a tad before closing.

Even though our 22 year old Hot Springs Spa still worked, we decided to see about purchasing a new one for our new deck at Hot Springs Spas of the Upper Cumberland. It was our pleasure to meet and work with their salesperson, Ms. Logan Hardin. She is very professional and knowledgeable about all of the Hot Springs Spas they offer. She was also very kind and friendly, with a great sense of humor. She patiently answered our many questions as well. If anyone is looking into purchasing a new or used Spa, we would highly recommend contacting Ms. Logan Hardin at Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland. She will certainly find the best Spa for you. We are really looking forward to the delivery of our new Spa we purchased from Logan!!!

We looked at various hot tub dealers in the Knoxville area. Many of the stores we entered either had very few hot tubs on display, had disinterested employees who didn’t bother to put down their cell phones and approach us as we browsed their spas, or had concerning customer reviews when we researched their businesses later. Then we went to Hot Springs Spas of Upper Cumberland. They have a beautiful, large showroom with many different spas and friendly, helpful employees. Misty and Mark Wright patiently walked us through all options that might interest us, answered so many questions, offered us a “wet test” in some of their running spas, and showed us all available options, staying with us beyond their closing time. I wanted more time to think about it before rushing into a purchase and Misty and Mark were completely understanding and did not pressure us. After researching their reviews and seeing so many positive ones, not only with the purchasing experience but also with delivery and service, I knew I wanted to deal with them. I was ready to buy the Pace model but wanted to get into it again to verify comfort. I’m glad I did because when I did I realized that the lounger was a bit short for me. Misty wasted no time presenting me with all other options, including previous year models that she could discount. I bring this up to emphasize how much time and effort Misty expended—she was super helpful.
I also need to mention service. After delivery I learned that my water was not heating up as it should. Misty talked me through some diagnostics which did not resolve the issue. The next morning one of the business owners, Dennis Croteau, personally came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my water heater. Later, Misty gave me step by step instructions over the phone on how to test and dial in my water quality. A couple old days later she called me back, just to make sure I was satisfied and to see if she could answer any questions.
Before I ever went to HSSUC, I knew that I needed to buy from a dealer that had high product quality and good service. Misty and Mark and Hot Springs Spas of the Upper Cumberland proved that I went to the right place. I had a great experience and highly recommend doing business with these people.

Logan Hardin was my associate. Please request her! You won’t be sorry. She worked after hours, sent pics, and answered all my questions. I never once felt any pressure and she made great recommendations- that saved me money. Hot Springs Spa is hands down the best and Logan is a knowledgeable professional. This is a great place to do business if you're in the market for a spa. Misty and Mark went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and answer any question I had. We moved here and left behind our 16 year old Jetsetter tub, so we needed a new Hot Springs tub to replace our old one.

Enter Logan. We met her and kept in touch through our build and finally got to choose our new hot tub today. Our Jetsetter tub worked great for 16 years. Only needing a new cover. We love Hot Springs for their quality. They will also buy back your hot tub if you want to upgrade.

My husband and I had the best experience with Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland! We had been discussing getting a hot tub for a while, and we are so glad we reached out to Logan. We had incredible service while purchasing an Envoy hot tub from Hot Spring Spas. Our sales person, Misty Wright, is outstanding!!! She educated us on all the options and we were able to do a ‘test soak’ to see and try all the features she thoroughly explained. Our tub is now installed and we are totally enjoying ourselves! We purchased our spa from Hot Springs Spa of upper Cumberland. This is the 3rd spa we have owned (other brands) and by far this is my husbands favorite. Our salesperson was Logan and from the time we walked through the door she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish she kept us updated throughout this process.
