Great piece of Americana and very good food! I had the Miller's Breakfast and dad had the catfish with fried okra and mashed potatoes. The restoration of all the old mill buildings is amazing. And Amy was a very attentive and friendly server.

It was my first time going to the mill. It was delicious! I got the omelet, cheese hashbrowns, biscuit with homemade strawberry jam, and a stack of cinnamon swirl pancakes that tasted just like a cinnamon roll sooooooooo tasty! The service was fantastic. The prices were outstanding for the quality and portions of food.

Such a homestyle, nostalgic and endearing culinary experience. Think crackerbarrel, but if your granny did it way better. You'll feel at home and your bellies will thank you!

Try the Chicken and Waffles Benedict, and the Gouda Grits! You won't be disappointed!

The weather was terrible with cold drizzling rain but the history of this old mill truly made our drive from Columbia Tn.worth every minute of it.The friendly staff at the restaurant was welcoming and our waiter was amazing! We ate from the lunch menu and the food was great. We are definately planning another trip in the spring to have breakfast. This was a special Valentine surprise from my husband that I will forever cherish! We would recommend Readyville Mill to all of our friends! Pam and Steve Lockhart

While Readyville Mill is easy to miss and tucked into a quiet country cove, it is worth the trip. They have southern classics and more unique options. For the amount of food, I think the price is reasonable. They don’t hold back on portions! It has a very homey atmosphere... it made me feel like I was at my grandparents’ house. The grounds outside could definitely stand to be cleaned up some, but it’s really a really beautiful area.

AMAZING. A true gem in a wonderful setting! Food is fresh, flavorful, REAL, and very filling. Fresh desserts made every weekend are phenomenal!! This is a must try. I got the Corncakes with blueberries and blackberries with Cheese Grits on the side. Saturday and Sunday get really busy and it would be recommended to call ahead for reservations. Friday Brunch is a great time to go, there is less of a crowd. They have pleanty of parking available.

From the outside I was thinking "maybe not" but then the decor was perfectly rustic, the server was more than polite and the menu, wow, great food, huge portions. A very unique experience. Don't pass this one up and by the way, read up on the old saw mill history. Well worth it all around.

This place never fails to satisfy. The food is fresh and well made and you'll never leave hungry. Plus, you can explore the area and the mill. Reservations are highly recommended as they are always busy!

Great start to a day for a motorcycle ride. We were seated quickly. Waitress took our drink order. She was very friendly with suggestions for breakfast for those that were having a hard time deciding. Our orders were taken and drinks refilled. The tomato pie was excellent, grits were awesome and the biscuits and gravy were great. Service was excellent during the entire time. Get there early because it fills up fast. The restaurant was clean and we'll staffed. Excellent meal.

Such an amazingly delicious place. We are moving to Readyville and can't wait to bring our visiting friends here! They were very accommodating for the toddlers and our health concerns, which is highly appreciated. These folks really care about customer satisfaction.
The corn meal pancakes were fantastic, perfect for the gluten free dietary needs of my toddler, the pancakes were served with fresh blueberries and honey for drizzle. The regular kids meal pancakes were fantastic as well. I had the spinach strawberry salad which was tasty and none of the spinach leaves were withered or slimy this is so important to me, I dislike getting a salad I have to clean up and pick through before eating. The loaded spuds were enough for 2 meals. Our party of 8 didn't have 1 bad review or complaint on any of their order. Definitely a must try if in or nearby area. Totally worth the drive here.
