Great people! Very nice to work with.

Lost paperwork initially, then had to wait for signatures. Then,did not send documents to proper places. Had to call several times to correct issues and still waiting.

The wait time is ridiculously!!!

If you want to meet the most famous Kont to grace us with her super uber job, come here to try and get the points reduced. She'll make sure you spend$300 to not get the points sent to your insurance... and only SHE can do that. She made that clear. Unless you're a single mother who had to wait 45 minutes for them to even call anyone back because they were late and then beg because you're not in a financial position for that.
