I wish I could separate my rating for NURSING/RESIDENTS from the rest of this place. THE NURSES ARE AMAZING! it took forever to get the right team but it's ALMOST there! I love the residents! LOVE LOVE my residents! There's always 1 or 2 no matter where you go that drive you crazy, but MOSTLY they're pretty awesome!... otherwise, the current admin, Edward, the nicest man you'll ever meet. Not sure if he is cut out to deal with the drama that comes along with this facility, but MAYBE. I takes strong shoulders! Tina in housekeeping rocks. HR is new& isn't REALLY HR...corporate is, but she's turned out to be pretty cool. But otherwise, good luck! If you're planning on working here, keep your head down, mouth shut, &eyes open. Guard your back and your heart! Always take a picture or video of the time clock IN&OUT. Stay out of the business office-- do not give or accept money without a witness or video, & don't complain about how hot it is or that you smell gas bc IT'S APPARENTLY A BIG DEAL. DO NOT say anything about dietary. The dietician is awesome... the manager is made of glass with corporate on speed dial. Save the number in the back of your handbook! You'll need it! It's corporate compliance. CODI, CAROL, &BOTH SUSANS IN CORPORATE ARE PRETTY AWESOME... 💁‍♀good luck. I miss them.

I loved being a part of the staff at WHC.

Some Aids are nice but the Administrator wanted me to sign over all my 8ncome plus $75. She seemed mad bc I wanted to read the stack of papers before signing. The food is Gross and no shower since I came 5 days ago. I would never put my mother in a place like this.😢

2 stars is being way to kind! The charge nurse is EXTREMELY RUDE & unprofessional, she should not be in a position to care of people. You need to find a different job lady, maybe in a basement somewhere by yourself!!!!

I give this place ZERO stars.
3 WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER?
You mean to tell me 3 weeks with no HOT showers? 3 weeks with no staff properly SANITIZING their hands after taking care of patient after patient? Especially the ones who cannot use the bathroom on their own!! 3 weeks of not properly SANITIZING dishes & silverware for meals that residents eat 3 times a day. ALL DURING A PANDEMIC. How disgusting, heartbreaking and disgraceful. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention residents have to ask over and over days and days in a row AND call the State to file a complaint just to get some TOILET PAPER?! GIVE ME A BREAK!! Get it together people!! It's your job to take care of others loved ones and you should be trusted to do so. This is 1000x neglect. There are ways water can and should be heated temporarily to insure the best care of YOUR PAYING RESIDENTS!! YOU AREN'T EVEN WILLING TO PROVIDE THAT! What a shame. Shame on you Wewoka Healthcare Center.

If your looking for good mental hospital this is the place. About 4 max of sound mind I came because heard was great nursing home. I been advised not explain my experience n will not say at this time. I walked out. Love n miss all residents. Xoxoxo candy God bless u all. I am happy now n at piece. I will say I will never enter another nursing home. Hearts heavy but happy When u need be strong only yoiu can accomplish that. Love always candy E

Never ever use this place. Everything about it is not ok. I even have a stack of papers from state investigation showing substantiated complaints, unfortunately my dad died in this horrible place before the investigation was conducted (3 months after the call to the state)

They give their employees the run around on their paycheck, made my mom wait over a week for hers because they made an errror on her account number and refused to fix it. Made her wait a week for a paper check and gave her the run around on it too.

This is not a good place it's nasty and unfit for anyone to live there. They do not take good care of the people there. I'd give it zero stars if i could it's that bad.
