Aurora pools has been fantastic to work with. The pools may be a little more expensive than if you bought online and contracted someone, but we are so thankful we chose aurora pools. The service, the setup, thr permitting, and the continued support has been so valuable. When our pool was green Danny had us cleared up in 3 days. When I broke the skimmer basket because I'm dumb, Danny had it in stock. They are there for you for all the little things so you can spend more time enjoying the pool and less being a chemist.

Dani has the best.. She has went outta her way to help me. . My dad passed, he done the chemicals, she is teaching me.. love her. She is a jem, hold on to her.

Bought our pool here. It’s a great place . Even after the sale, When we get our water tested with Dany, she always goes above and beyond to show us what we need and how to use it. She is Very knowledgeable , and She has a great personality and always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. It’s a pleasure doin business there especially when she is there. I want to apologize to this company. I posted a negative review by accident. It was the wrong company. I have no complaints with this pool company. The pool company that did a hack job and disaster was: Southern pool and spas in Kingsport. Stay away from Southern pool and spa in Kingsport. They are the worst pool company ever. On the other hand, Aurora pool and spa is a very reputable name. I have heard very good things about them. I wish I would have used Aurora Pool and Spa in Morristown instead.

We bought our pool last fall. Install was pleasant and we are in love with our backyard now!!

My wife and spent $32,000 on a HotTub and pool from Southern pools and Spas out of the Tri-cities area, it was a complete nightmare, I started going into Aurora pools in Morristown for our chemicals and questions. Even though we didn’t buy from them they have been so welcoming and helpful. They have went above and beyond to help us out. I so regret not buying here. They know how to treat customers. I will only do business with them in the future.

I need 1 1/4 replacement hose as mine had sprung a leak. The girl at the counter said they didn’t sell them. Another employee, Plez, overheard my plight and offered to cut a section off a large roll they have in the back. It worked perfectly for my needs! His experience and willingness to help has made this my new go-to pool store.

I bought a pool 3 years ago and I must say Dany at the morristown store is truely amazing. She always helps fix any issues we might run into with our pool. But last year she left and let me tell ya is was awful my chemicals were always off didn't have the products we needed to the point I went to another pool store. But This Year 2022 I got word she was back and like always she knew just want we needed to get our pool open for the season in a matter of mins. So glad she is back and I know it will be a easy season keeping our pool perfect now that she is back. Sometimes it's not that having more employees are better it's having that one employee who knows there job and is great at it and thats truely Dany she is amazing!!!!!!!

I was in the market for a new pool and shopped around. Wesley and the other employees at aurora pool spa and billiards in Morristown was very helpful and made me a great deal. I purchased the pool and when they came to install it the crew was extremely nice and professional. The install was great and I'm very happy. I will continue to shop with them in the future.

Super thorough customer service with Cindy at this store. In 2010 we bought a full size table plus a bar height matching corner table for drinks/phones etc and 2 wall anchored tables plus bar stools to match. She went well above and beyond 7 full years later to put me in touch with any company that could help me match those accessories that I now need to match so we can expand the space. So pleasantly surprised to experience that level of customer service! Incredible!

Just purchased a pool from Aurora in Morristown. The quality of customer service we received was excellent. Cindy, our sales rep. was awesome! She showed us several models, explained all the details and answerd all the many questions my husband had in regards to maintenances a pool. We purchased the one we wanted and the pool was installed less than 2 weeks. Brian and his crew did a wonderful job on the installation. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Aurora in Morristown. I just wanted to let people know who are looking to buy a new pool, that this is the place!! All the employees here are great, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. There isn't a question that they can't help you with. Plus they help you with the set up of your new pool, such as what products you will need to get you up and started. The install guys did a great job as well, I would refer them to anyone. But I'll have to say go see Wesley, Ethan and Sara at the Morristown location you won't leave there disappointed, because they are the greatest!! The installer, Brian, showed up and did a fantastic job of installing pool and answering question. His entire crew was so polite, cleaned up their mess. We bought our pool a couple months ago from aurora in morristown. Wesley and staff have been very helpful and courteous. The installers did a great a job and were very professional. Thumbs up! And thanks for all the fun we are having in the pool.

went to aurora in Morristown talked with wesle decided on our pool and within 30 days we had the crew out with lead installer bryan and thes e4 guys had the pool up and water filling in 4 hours. very professional, answered any questions that I had and service after the sale has been great. good to be in the aurora family of pool owners.
