Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Our first time at Freddy’s. The menu reminds me of Steak n Shake. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they had the food ready in a reasonable amount of time. The food was really good. I had the original double steak burger with cheese curds (I liked their cheese curds better than Culver’s). My hubby had the pepper Jack jalapeño double burger with their classic fries. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and the atmosphere was lively and bright. I enjoyed looking at the historical photos with the captions that were around the restaurant. We tried one of their “Concretes” made with their famous custard. It was delicious. They are clearly a local favorite as they stayed pretty steady inside and the drive thru while we were there (about 4:30pm on a Tuesday). We would recommend and will go again when we’re in the Morristown area.

I am a big fan of Freddy's. I have found the food is consistent no matter what location/State you go to. Steak burgers are excellent. I love the fries and onion rings and fry sauce is so good. But I must say by far I love the hot dogs. The hot dogs are a good quality full of flavor including the buns. The best way to order it is with mustard and onions YUM!! The employees are always nice and they are super nice to my dog too!!

I went to freddy's over in morristown today after church, and my cashier was the sweetest young lady I've ever met. She truly made my day.

Love the atmosphere and the pictures on the wall telling us about freddys and how it developed. Just wanted to do a few shout outs to the cooks Joseph and Madison they do a fantastic job on smashing the burgers they aren't too thick or too little just perfect. Bacon double will probably be my favorite. I will say the custards are amazing as well Whitney made mine and it was a pbc&b I will definitely be getting it again the next time I come back.

Had a great visit..bacon double is our new favorite burger, hot fries...cold drinks...Going to try grilled chicken soon... I don't want to be disappointed bc I know I love the burgers.Fry sauce pre packaged.. haven't found a bad location yet... we'll definitely be back.

My favorite American burger. Took my two Sons, two Grandsons and daughter in law. Absolutely delicious! Everybody happy.

Good nice thin burger very good good. Fries are small skinny and delicious. The custard is delicious as described in my photo. I ordered a chocolate brownie delight Sunday. It came with whipped cream and a cherry but I already ate it. Service is quick and nice.

Food was great, service was good, but I do agree, need better supervision on the younger people working.

Just wanted to say the chicken tenders and burgers are phenomenal! Great staff, and managers. Joseph was polite, Whitney made my vanilla shake and it was the best I've ever had! Will definitely be going back. Madison makes great burgers! Smashed perfectly everytime. Each time I go I always ask Madison to make my burgers.

I stop at this location every week after school with my daughter and it's always great. On our most recent visit the service provided by Samantha blew us away! Love this location and this staff.

Food was fresh and delicious. Crystal was such a joy to talk to. Wonderful person, very passionate about her job. Your missing out on great service and food.

My family and I came the other day because they were craving it, and they loved every last bit! They loved the new grilled clubs and the new shakes!

I ordered a kids meal and my fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. And those new toys they have are great too

If there is one phrase I would use to describe the food at Freddy’s it would be “They may have the appearance of riches but beneath the clothes, we find a man and beneath the man we find..his….nucleus…” The lunch staff are absolutely amazing! I felt like I was looking into one of Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen with how smooth and organized everyone was. On the grill was a young woman named Emily who made my burger perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned! Madison on make station dressed the burgers so neatly I feel like she could be trusted to dress up my son for Sunday church! One of the managers, Rebecca, was so helpful when I came up to grab my tray and the fries were just so golden! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Bring your kids! Bring your wives! Freddy’s is coming to get you!

I like this place a lot, reminds me of a steak and shake I used to go to. Mya, the assistant manager, and everyone else does a good job at keeping up with orders!

I come in about everyday to get custard and my girl keira always makes sure im satisfied her amd samaria are my regulars at applebees and i love to come visit them here its always great service and smiles there food is always amazing ive never had an issue! See you guys tomorrow !!

Oh my word Y'all! You must give Freddy's a try if you haven't already! Brianna you make the best Patty Melt and Zachary you make them Cheese Curds to perfection! BEST Fast made-to-order meal I've had in a while!
