After looking locally for the right Vehicle for me I came up empty-handed so ventured outside of the state and found Houser & Son and I am glad I did! From the first call I made about the vehicle Kristin was very nice and professional. The “Houser team” went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that I was more than just a customer. Were open about anything that they knew bad about the vehicle which so far there’s isn’t anything wrong. I definitely am glad that I took the 3 1/2 hr drive & if I ever need another vehicle I will absolutely reach out to them first. Highly recommend this dealership!

Just purchased a vehicle from Houser and Sons Auto in Blountville. Very friendly and helpful. Due to our work schedules, we were having a difficult time getting by for a test drive. They stayed late one night so we could test the vehicle. Then we couldn’t get our loan paperwork done until after they closed Friday evening. They met us at the lot a couple of hours after they had closed so that we could go ahead and take the vehicle that night instead of waiting until the next morning. Their prices are fair. They are open about all information on their vehicles. We would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Ford Explorer today. My dealings with Tony were great. There was no hassle or pressure and he was able to answer all my questions. We actually had a conversation and it was like talking to an old friend. I will update y'all in a few months on how everything holds up with the car, but as of now I would say this dealership was great.

Well worth the drive from South Carolina to deal with Houser and Sons. We found the exact car we've been looking for at the right price. Kristan and Dave were friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure to buy. This is a family dealership that operates with Christian values. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This is a wonderful dealer. Tony went above and beyond to help us. He took time from his own family to stay open late so we could look at a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer. We had never met but left feeling like we had known each for years. He also took time out for our 4 kids instead of just speaking and going on to try to make a sale. Wonderful experience all around.

This place is not your tyical used car lot. When I arrived I was meet with helpfulness and freindlyness! Never once was I pressured into buying anything and the vehicle that I was interested in, David told me from bumper to bumper all he knew about the vehicle and even contacted the previous owner for additional info I was wanting! The honestly and integrity that I experienced will definitely make Houser and Sons my first stop for my next vehicle need!

After exchanging instant messages with Kristin, I travelled from Asheville to Blountville to look at a Jeep on the Houser lot. I ended up buying the Jeep at a very fair price. Houser and Sons is a wonderful, family owned and operated dealership. I’ve had a few bad experiences with used car lots in the past, but this was definitely NOT one of them! These are great, friendly, and fair people to deal with. If they have a vehicle you like, buy it. You won’t be sorry.

Some of the nicest people I have ever met in the used car market. They care about the vehicles they sell being reliable and there price on the sport track I drove was very good. Had the feeling I was talking to a neighbor instead of a car dealer.

Awesome to say the least. Talked to Tony on Saturday and David today. Both conversations were more about the Lord than a vehicle. Never met these guys in my life until now and I left both times with a true Blessing. It’s a place I’d like to go and just hangout and talk. Oh yeah, I did leave today with a Chevy Silverado. Very pleased. If my family ever needs another vehicle I know where we’re going first !!

I bought my 2008 mustang off of them they were real nice the car is in really good shape and on top of that they made sure your car buying experience is pleasant and the cars are cheap 10/10 would recommend
