McDonald's

The gentleman at the counter that handled our order was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, extremely polite,helpful just outstanding service. His name was David. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service which is becoming a rarity unfortunately. Employees like him are a very valuable asset to their employer.

We went in and the cashier was on point to great us and take our order it was served quickly and was fresh and it was yummy it was the morning crew I have been there several times we live in Prague Oklahoma so Stroud is only like 10 miles from us compared to Shawnee which is 20 something I will definitely go back for breakfast I don't know about lunch or supper since I haven't been there in the afternoon or evening thumbs up Mickey D's

This McDonald's may not always get your order correct but they are the friendliest McDonald's crew I have ever seen. Today a young crew member asked me if I needed help out to my truck with my carryout order! Never have I been asked that at any other McDonald's!! Good job Stroud McDonald's!!! Very impressive crew member and very impressive managers that trained that young man!!!

The food is always fresh here and the best McDs from all the surrounding towns around Stroud. Drive thru woman was super impatient and there was no line or hardly any customers at the restaurant. My phone was loading slow and then she proceeded to just charge me full price since my phone was taking too long. I said umm ya no the heck tour not I need a manager. The manager came and dealt with the situation and rude employee accordingly

Great customer service, fresh food. The bathrooms were very clean. Great job 👏!

Breakfast was delicious, however, would have been even better I been able to eat the food warm. Unfortunately, it appears to take ten to fifteen minutes just to make coffee and serve it

Went there tonight and had a wonderful experience. The girl on the intercom repeated my custom order back exactly and professionally. Pulled up to the window and the sweetest young main with the brightest smile named Caleb greeted me. He was sweet, friendly and helpful. The two girls on duty were also so sweet and bubbly and Im sad I didnt get their names. My food was spot on, hot and delicious. Its nice to see people enjoying their job and coworkers Im so happy I went there tonight.

Wife and I have stopped for breakfast a couple times while driving through. Hot fresh food, great and friendly service. Biscuits and gravy!

Quick service, clean bathroom, accurate order/food. Everything you expect from a McDonald's. Good job. Had my once per decade McRib!

We all come to McDonald's for consistency, but let's face it-we don't get it as often as we'd like. This McDonald's, with Theo as manager, was the BEST McDonald's we have been to in a long time. Ordered McNuggets, with large fries and apple pie. Wow. All hot, not greasy, tasting fantastic. Whether you are passing through or are lucky to live nearby, you should stop here.

Extremely clean! Great service, and very friendly staff! Wish I could give it 10 stars. This is definitely a step apart from the rest of this fast food chain - in an amazing way!

This McDonald's was prob the closest McDonald's I've been to, that the commercials make McDonald's seem like. Workers are friendly and on their game. The food looked like the pics. The McDoubles didn't have onions on the top of the bun which seems to be tough for other McDonald's lol

Service was quick, gave us what we ordered without any problems and a employee noticed my necklace and said she played the same game which made my day.

Wow! Really great staff! Super safety protocol being followed & very clean bathrooms. If you need to take a break from the highway this McD’s is nice.

Service with a smile. We were on the road and needed to grab a few things in town. Swung by the arches on our way back to the interstate. Drive thru got us back on the road fast and made the kids happy.

Service was amazing, bathrooms were clean and they had the cutest little stick people painted on the bathroom doors. Loved it, if I ate McDonald's more than once a year that's the one I would go back to!
