Thank you so much to the very kind pick-up staff! I was unable to pick up my order yesterday as planned and needed to get it picked up early before I went into work this morning, and they were very attentive and accommodating.

Stopped in for groceries and was having much difficulty lifting items in the self checkout. HYDEA, the customer service rep in the area immediately recognized my difficulty and jumped right in offering assistance at the register. She was attentive, kind, and smiled the entire time. I really appreciate the response and great customer service!!! Great choice in staffing with Hydea. She is awesome!!!

Me and my wife live in Walterboro, South Carolina. Driving 67.1 miles is well worth the produce, deli, bakery and groceries in Kroger Bluffton. The staff here are helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. We love Kroger !!!!!

They had a mix-n-match LiNDOR truffles station! Very easy to find what i needed, in spite of on-going construction work.

This review is a direct reflection of an employee of Kroger: Daniel. Daniel is a young kind, man, …an American, who looked out for me two minutes ago. Without going into details, that may adversely affect him, I will just tell you that he showed kindness and mercy to a veteran of the United States Naval Academy, a decorated Naval Officer, Lieutenant, United States Navy.

Daniel submitted himself a servant, and a kind and loving representative of the Kroger store. He recognized honesty and merit when he saw it, he interceded accordingly, and he gave of himself.

For service above and beyond the call of duty I hearby recognize him as a brother and a friend. And Kroger… “You” higher the best.

This pharmacy is second to none .What a pleasure to work with there pharmacist.Embarrassingly enough I have forgotten her name .Very tall young lady that really knows her stuff .I have as much or more confidence in this pharmacy as I do the person who prescribes the medication . Pleasant staff never a issue like the others I have used locally.I travel from Beaufort to Bluffton at 4.29 a gallon for fuel that should speak volumes .Bravo to great customer service and being so professional.

The service from curbside pick up is always super friendly and helpful.. Kaitlyn And TJ are usually the ones I see and they are great .

My only suggestion is to have some of the shoppers pay more attention to the fruits and vegetables as I've had a few spoiled peppers and tomatoes and the isn't tomatoes in the past and have had to throw them away as soon as I get them.

In addition, the service is fast fast and it helps me out a lot when I'm running thin on time.

Prices are great of food items clean and fast check out. Coupons are allowed clean bathrooms. I got sushi very tasty.

Was there yesterday. Store looks nice and has friendly staff. Really good location with an interesting selection of foods. Monday mornings are allways a hard time for me to shop cuase all the other stores get crowded so fast. This store has two self service areas which is actually pretty smart. It keeps the traffic flow perfect IMO.

Just bought a steak for dinner, it was tender and juicy. They have great selection of meats, and seafood that are always fresh. Low prices for all needs and great selection of fresh vegetables. My favorite place for the last 11 years.

Needed two yellow roses (friendship) for an afternoon memorial service on 10/4/17. Clydie, in the floral department, couldn't have been nicer. She prepared each rose with some greenery and ribbon. We chatted while she did this and I was extremely pleased with how lovely both arrangements were. She is an excellent example of the friendly and efficient staff at this Kroger.

Kudos to Aiden who helps collect carts in the parking lot. He is upbeat, enthusiastic ,and polite. At a time where many people chose not to work... Aiden is an example to us all. Good manners and a professional attitude will serve him well. Watch out for this kid....He is going places.

Love love love this store! We always find great deals and the supervisor/manager (im not sure her title) is amazing, she juggles a million things at once and still remains calm and kind. Kroger brand is also one of the only gluten-free breads I can eat because they don”t out corn in their bread! (Im allergic to wheat and corn and it’s a tough to find food I can eat). It’s delicious! Also love the digital coupon feature, I can save money, plan out my menu and list and never have to cut a coupon!

Kroger is our very favorite grocery store. The produce and meat departments are superior. The cheese selection is the best in town. We love this place!

Nice store. Friendly employees. & Thank you for bringing back PAPER BAGS. Those plastic bags were a pain and I hope all stores switch back to the glorious paper bags.

They always have what I need, and their always having good sales! I especially love finding marked down yellow stickers on items I'm looking for!! I definitely recommend shopping at Kroger!!

I almost always find what I'm looking for at Kroger's. Their prices are better than Publix and the quality is very good. I come from the home town of Wegmans and am accustomed to service and quality. Kroger is my preferred store.

I was not able to find a product in my local stores in Beaufort I need it to go to Kroger in Bluffton, South Carolina fortunately for me they did have the veggie fries. I highly recommend the store.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, very well organized shelves, produce section look great, rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, they even have a Starbucks!

Had a wonderful experience with Chef Kevin in the Deli Department. He prepared our order for our annual holiday party. A++
