My husband and I were looking for a car since our daughter was taking mine to college in OK. We saw the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe online and decided to check it out. The moment we pulled into the lot we were greeted by Trevor the dog, the unofficial mascot of the lot and right behind him was Renee with Peter bringing up the rear. We had spotted Peter as we pulled up-he was working on detailing a car. Yes you heard that correctly-the owner was getting his hands dirty. Not the first time either as you could tell by his calloused hands. He's definitely not afraid of hard work! After introductions all around, we told Peter what we were looking for and where we needed to keep our payments. Peter showed us the Santa Fe and answered all our questions. He went over every inch of the car with us inside and out. It was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Peter is definitely not your typical car salesman. There were a few things I wanted changed and Peter changed them. Everything he told me he was going to do he did. I mean this man went above and beyond. He is not just there to sell you a car, he cares about his customers. IF there is an issue with anything Peter will try his best to make it right. To start off I’ve been to many car dealerships over the years. For the most part it’s been privately owned dealerships. I have to say that I was always uncomfortable with the dealership and the sales people. They are always pushy, didn’t know much about the cars and seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear. I found a 2015 Explorer for sale at Coptic Auto in Wilson. Driving there I figured it would be the same pressure from the sales staff just to sell a car. Well I was completely wrong about Coptic. My wife and I arrived and were met by the owner Peter. He’s very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me the keys and we looked at the Explorer. He knew the history of the car as well the condition. The car was very clean and in great condition. There were a couple of things that I was concerned with and without hesitation he said he would correct the issues. I purchased the Explorer for a very fair price and before I left with the vehicle he had the two concerns of mine completely taken care of. This was my best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. All of his cars are clean and in excellent condition. Peter is professional, honest, straightforward and no pressure. I cannot recommend Coptic Auto enough. I will certainly be back for my next car. I highly recommend Coptic for your next car!!

My wife and I went to look at a Honda Accord. Great vehicle! Took it to a local mechanic and they gave it 2 thumbs up. Unfortunately my wife wasn't fond of the car. But I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Incredible experience! Where do I begin! My wife and I were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler for my youngest son who turns 16 next month. We found one online late Friday evening last week... we texted the contact number listed and immediately Peter, the owner, began to communicate with us. We texted back and forth for a good 45 min and I could tell before even meeting Peter that he was just a genuinely good person. The next morning my wife and I made the trip to go look at and test drive the jeep... we both decided before we got there that we were not going to buy the very first jeep we test drove. We were wrong! Upon arriving, Peter welcomed us and told us everything he knew about the jeep. We test drove it and both agreed my son would LOVE it. ...so we get back to the lot with the jeep and said.. ok.. we'll take it...but before we could even begin paperwork Peter made a point to show me every little flaw he could find with the vehicle... he said Mr. David, I want you to see everything before you commit... I have bought about 10 vehicles in my lifetime and never once has the person selling one told me to wait before signing to make sure I saw every little flaw... he then offered me a warranty and showed me the extended warranties offered... I liked the 5 year 100K mile warranty and agreed to it... but before he would even let me sign, he said I want to make sure you read the fine print on this... and he explained it thoroughly... again, who does this in today's age?! No one... they just ask you to sign. I then went ahead with the warranty. It was a great deal. Peter then personally delivered the vehicle to us and filled the gas tank up all the way. When we initially met Peter, he apologized for the appearance of his brand new business... gravel lot... humble facilities etc... I told him none of that matters... I am a Regional VP with a large retailer and I work by relationships....not how pretty a parking lot or business office is. I saw that Peter's business had a 4.9/5 star google rating. There is a reason why folks. This guy is a true gem... a professional... a humble gentleman and I promise you, I will buy more cars from him and do anything I can to help promote his business. 5 stars across the board Peter! Honestly, integrity, zero pressure and he did so many nice little things that no one does these days! By the time we got the jeep yesterday, I also felt like I got a new friend.

They went out of their way to make sure everything was right with my vehicle and gave great customer service. I looked around Greenville, Kinston, and Washington but Coptic was by far my best experience. I wasn’t pressured and he makes sure all his cars are serviced. And if you have any problems while test driving he will send it to a certified mechanic as soon as possible.
