In my personal experience, from the moment Mr. Ramiro picked up my mother, it was truly a great experience. He was courteous and professional. Vazquez Funeral Home at 1805 Huge Oaks St did an amazing job. Ms. Liz Flores made this difficult experience a lot more easy on us. She was attentive and kind. My mother was transported to Mexico as soon as possible and they took care of everything. It was such a big weight off our shoulders. Thank you Mr. Ruben Vazquez for making this a quick process. A special thank you to Mr. Al Serna and Mrs. Anna Serna for all your moral support and assistance. You guys are great! You have an amazing and great team. I would recommend this place 100%. It's very difficult to write a review for the hardest time in one's life, but Vásquez’s Funeral Home did such an exceptional job and were so compassionate to us. The entire team, but especially Ruben Vasquez and Liz Florez went above and beyond to make this an easy process for us. We were so pleased with the funeral home. All the services were excellent, easy to deal with and very classy. I cannot say enough how compassionate and supportive on everything, including the paper work and found a solution for everything and met all of our needs with ease

I recently lost my brother. The only thing that has been easy in this process was working with Vasquez. These people are amazing, very compassionate and professional. Even on a tight time frame they were able get a viewing together flawlessly. I would highly recommend their services.

Vazquez Funeral Home has the amazing customer service. Liz Flores explained to me everything about what needed to be paid what we needed to choose and so on and so forth. Being my first time doing a funeral preparation Liz was there at all times to guide me through it. Liz made us feel like home and that one night we had my moms viewing it honestly felt like home. Also Mr.Ruben was always in communication with me when I needed help to transfer my mom to their funeral when she passed away they picked her up from the hospital in a matter of an hour. Very effective and very helpful with all the transportation to our country. My experience with them was amazing. The secretary Ms Aurora is the best, she helped us with the documentation and with the service. Very sweet lady .

Lizette was such a great help. She was personal, friendly, and knowledgable. They are extremely compassionate and caring people. They took care of everything, followed up and communicated every step of the way. It’s an unfortunate reason we came in contact but glad we did. they made this transition easy and un stressful. Very professional in handling my mothers arrangements. The space is very nice and very diverse in casket options as well as fair pricing. Very grateful for Ms. Flores as well as Mrs. and Mrs. Serna for helping make the process easier.
