Brian is very knowledgeable and honest. Two great qualities! He has fixed a couple computers for us and gave me an option to trade up on one computer, which was the right move. I would recommend him to keep your computers running at top speed.

I have been going to Brian for my repairs/upgrades /replacements for a few years now. From the first time to the last time, Brian is always friendly and service is always professional with the customer first. Spilled wine on my daughters laptop,( she did, I didn't) replaced and upgraded ram on my wife's all-in-one, replace my Old 32 bit CPU for a 64 bit one. Repair bill has always been what he quoted. Quick turn around on repairs. These are just some of the things Brian has taken care of for me.

They have a great collection of new and used computers and tablets that fits my budget.

They also upgraded a couple of my PCs from the old hard drive to a SSD. Man is it fast now.

In the past, when I was building my computers, they were able to get the various parts needed to create the customized tower I needed for my side business. And also at a reasonable price.

There are very few people that I would trust my computers with and Brian is my guy. He was worked on all of our work computers that needed some love and he has built several computers for us. Brian has also been nothing but nice to me and anyone that I have sent there. When I begin to think that there is something going wrong with a computer I don't panic because I know I can trust Brian.

I have been a customer of AAC, both Archdale and Thomasville, for the past 8 years. The staff have always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have both purchased computers and used their repair service. The most recent experience I had was with Lane at the Thomasville location. My computer failed to install an update halfway through the process and kept giving me a "stopcode" message. I dropped my computer off and explained my problem. Lane diagnosed the problem and installed the upgrade directly in the shop. The charge was nominal and he did not try to upsell me on a new computer. I highly recommend these folks for any
of your computer needs.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for computer issues or equipment. He knows his stuff and is always super nice and helpful. I've only had to buy 2 computers in the last 9 years and both of them run like new machines and thats because of these guys. Thanks!

Great Service! Took my computer to the first place and they told me no data could be saved and the computer was gone! Took it here and not only did they save all my data, they were able to fix the computer as well! I will not take my computers anywhere else from now on!

I called ahead, asked about a computer diagnostic test and took my computer to the shop in the same morning. By lunch, it had been evaluated and by dinner ready to pick up. Very knowledgeable and convenient!!!
