Looked at vehicles they had for sale. Nobody came out to check on us or be pushy. Vehicles seem nice with decent mileage and good payment options.

My cars almost paid off. And its be a very wonderful experience with the kannapolis location. They have always been extremely helpful and nice to me. If time ever comes and I need another vehicle I'll return to buy something again.

This is the Best Buy here pay here lot I ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. From reading the reviews I can see some people don’t understand used cars are used so things are going to happen. I haven’t had any problems maintance wise, and lastly one of the best parts is they understand life happens and are willing to work with you. I don’t know too many car dealers who work with you the way they do ! Also I just wanted to thank the ladies in the front office for their work!

I bought a mustang from them, it was a pleasant experience from the beginning, they are always polite when I go up there or just call to make my payment ( which they have made so easy for me by keeping my card on file all I have to do is call and say process payment). I would recommend them if you are looking for a good reliable car.

I can't say enough positive about all the people who work here! They go above and beyond to help you, keep their word and don't make you feel less of a person because your credit isn't the best. The ladies in the front office are friendly and great!

Dealing with Autoville with the purchasing of both my vehicles as been a great experience. Management there are truly respectful to you and your situations, plus they don't sell junk cars. There has been some times where my back was up against the wall. Due to unforeseen situations, that lead me to not being able to pay my payment on time. Now don't get me wrong when I say this cause you should always pay when your payment is due. However, Auto Ville has always help me out when I was in that situation. As long as I communicated with them and we set up an agreement and I paid them when I said I would there has never been a issue and they were always willing to help me out. Truly an amazing experience definitely will be buying from them again!

Great service and I am Amazed at my car

So around Christmas,2014, our car broke down leaving us on foot with three kids. We absolutely had to finance something, but since our credit was pretty lacking we were really worried about tote the note places. Between horror stories of lemons and ridiculous pricing/interest we were expecting the worst. The day before Christmas we saw two Jeeps on their lot and stopped to ask about them and we drove it away right before New Years.

Turns out that it did have a computer issue the day we bought it, but with the cold weather it was impossible to diagnose. Now that it is warm weather a mechanic was finally able to conclusively diagnose the problem. We were almost shocked to find out that Autoville is standing by their offer to pay for the repair since the problem was there the day we purchased even though there wouldn't be much we could do about it if they didn't other than return the Jeep. So relieved to find a car lot for people who don't have great credit that doesn't rip people off just because they have the chance to.

Very satisfied with the service, pricing, and support through a time that was very difficult for us.

I did buy two cars in the same day and wedid have a little problem but Jennifer made sure it was fixed.. Jennifer is a great woman ...

a lady broke down on the side of the road she had no other way to go get her child from daycare before 5 so she walked up to autoville told him about her situation they gave her the car for 2 hours and told her to go handle her business awesome customer service would recommend to anyone
