We came in shopping for a lot but ended up with bedroom suit and dinning room table. Phil our salesman was amazing. Made the whole process easy. Very understanding and easy to work with. Great company.

The in-store experience was phenomenal! He was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor! A grand slam in my book. The pickup was great -- both guys were uber-friendly and fast -- though I had to come twice as I preferred them assembled. Fortunately, I live very close so it was no big deal but it may be a good idea to iron this out at purchase time. I LOVE that there is no charge for assembly.

My salesman was awesome. He was understanding of my needs. The gentleman at the dock when I picked up the recliner was so professional and courteous. He deserves a raise. Take care of him!

Took advantage of the Labor Day sale, 60 months no interest. Andy, our salesman, was very knowledgeable & helpful from the moment we walked in the door to purchase. We shopped around other stores & we couldn’t find quality comparable for the price. Our entire experience was easy & pleasant. Look forward to doing business again in the near future.

Phil Fazenbaker was knowledgeable and professional. When he sold us our Norfolk sofa, he allowed us to pick out the fabric we wanted, and we were so glad to find out that the cushions were not sewn to the back of the sofa. He didn’t pressure us into buying a warranty. It was a no pressure sale and we appreciate your professionalism and knowledge about the products he sells.

The salesman Phil that we worked with was exceptional. I liked that he was not a high pressure salesman. He was very polite and very informative of all the merchandise. He went out of his way to make our shopping experience wonderful. He even rolled a recliner up to the front to make sure it would match the sofa that we were purchasing.

Haverty’s has quality furniture and wide range of products. Andy Parks worked with us to get exactly what we wanted even to the right shade of color. He was very patient in explaining every option with NO high pressure to buy anything immediately. We did purchase after a second visit and recommend this business and Andy Parks to anyone else looking for furniture.

Loved my salesman, Andy Parks. The experience was pleasant & fun. Enjoyed the backstory on the history of Haverty's. He asked me about my particular style of furniture & was able to help me select a style that was to my liking. I was surprised to learn people like this still exist. They are truly one of a kind & very hard to find. I'm coming back to get more stuff.

The choices available at the store and online were amazing. This is one of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat on. Kathleen Kee (113) was great and spent a ton of time with me, she walked me all over the store, showing me every option available and we also found the perfect matching rug. I will definitely be a return customer in the future.
