I ordered Flaming Lilies. I asked if they could add (not substitute) sunflowers. I got something much less spectacular. When I tried to order something similar from another florist, at least they were honest enough to tell me they didn't have the burgundy lilies. We didn't even get the butterfly as pictured. Very disappointing as a gift for a dear friend who just had a death in her family.

I ordered the Peaceful Dawn Basket arrangement and I was very disappointed! I spent hours looking for the perfect flowers for my beautiful aunts funeral. The flowers that were sent were pretty but the basket looked plain and nothing like the picture. I ordered the premium so I just knew for $85 it would be amazing just like the picture and just like my aunt was. When I called the First Lady I talked to said I didn’t order from their website but I did. Somebody else handles the website and they could only put their moneys worth in the basket. They claimed I got the premium basket but if I did I would hate to see the standard one. I will never order from them again!

I ordered a $160.00 bouquet and the admitted to me that what I git was an $80.00 bouquet as they left it. Will never go here again. Here is what cost me $160.00.
