CPAP machine stopped working on 6/14, called 6/15...nobody was gonna be in to assist, come back Monday. Monday they took machine and said they have to send it back ,and I said, I don’t get a replacement? No they have to order one. Asked how long does that take? 4-5 days....called back the 22nd....no hasn’t come in yet....Called back July 2nd, they haven’t heard anything. Owner calls back to explain she has worked very very hard for me.... because they didn’t receive payment from insurance because of switch in coverage from federal BCBS to State BCBS.... never once contacted me by phone and left message but instead called wife months after this issue.... to say, “if payment isn’t received we are gonna turn you into collection agency. Hope you have oxygen if someone runs out and they don’t have to wait 15 days and counting.....as motto says... customer priority first....please!

I have been trying to get an nebulizer for my 3 year old grandson for the last week. Everything I have gone there it was closed. I have called 246 times and it just rings busy. The sign says on call 24-7
