Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Smithville, TN

Awesome! They are SUPER helpful, quick, knowledgable and clean!! The whole office and waiting room are as clean as what you’d expect from a hospital and the people there are just awesome!! Cannot say enough good things if you have to go there… you will be well cared for.

This was my first time using Fast Pace, but it won't be my last. Registering online was a convenient time saver. Only had to wait about 10 minutes after arrival. I was very impressed with Megan McKenzie, who ran a couple tests and issued an accurate diagnosis. Her treatment explanations were thorough, easily understood and encouraging. The staff was friendly and efficient. Also appreciated the facility's cleanliness.

Very happy with my experience at Fast Pace. Megan was awesome, very knowledgeable to easy to talk to. Dallas was very welcoming, funny, and made for a good visit. I highly recommend this place. And register online making it easy and fast! They live up to the name, they are fast.

The staff was lovely! Dallas came into check on me first and was so personable! She lightened the mood and made me feel at ease. Allison came to give me my results and gave me very good advice and answered all my questions. She was patient and kind to me! The wait was about 30 minutes with an appointment, but patience is a virtue!

I love fast pace!! They are amazing and take really good care of my family and me!!! They always make sure to show us they care and that they are there for us!! The are very professional and sympathetic!!!

I absolutely love the staff! The lady at the front is really nice and helpful and their doctors and nurses are friendly as well as very knowledgeable!! My girls love them as well. They make you feel comfortable and it’s super easy to talk to 😁. I live closer to Mcminnvlles, but Travel further because of the poor service in the mcminnville .

Every one was great, the triage nurse, I think her name is Dallas, is like a breath of fresh air. I was in so much pain and her bubbly nature almost made me forget my pain. Overall great experience.

I have been to Fast Pace in Smithville Tennessee three or four times. The doctor was very thorough. Took the time to explain, gave me time to ask questions. Dallas is wonderful for lifting your spirits. She also was very thorough with me before the doctor came in. She goes the extra mile. I felt very well taken care of when I left from there. Love my Fast Pace in Smithville Tennessee.

I came in right before closing both nurse and provider were absolutely amazing. They set my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very personable and worked well with my wild child, they appreciated my input as a parent, helpful in finding holistic solutions instead of going solely with medication, and were quick to give me answers!
