Elizabeth's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

I had Carbanara with angel hair pasta add grilled chicken, broccoli cheddar soup, and hot bread with oil and herbs.
Everything was delicious, and my service was exemplary, as if I was in a much more expensive restaurant. Daniel took very good care of everyone.

We oreder there atleast once a month even on our tight budget! They are our go to for food Out when we don't want to cook! Ne er disappointed the 1 time they did get out order wrong they took care of it nicely!
Wonderful place to eat! We literally usually just get the cheese pizza and they are TO die for!!!! 10/10 would recommend! These guys are really nice, funny and all around GREAT!

Was in town to referee the Thunderbirds so I decided on dinner here. Charity was amazing, friendly and informative. The tomato basil soup was the best, even the dipping oil was so delicious. The calamari was cooked perfectly, not chewy. I would totally stop here again.

Great Italian food in a nice cozy atmosphere. Authentic dishes, good quality sauce and cheeses etc. My husband loves everything he's gotten here, particularly their calzone and stromboli.

I'm gluten free and their gluten free pizza is SO GOOD!!! No joke, it's the best I've ever had. I don't say that lightly. I don't think they make the crust in house. But it seems to be Italian, because it looks and tastes like it was authentically made (I literally pictured an elderly Italian man lovingly throwing the dough in the air fresh just for me 😆).

It is not like the gluten free crusts you get anywhere else, including the grocery stores. While they can be so-so, this one is BETTER. It even has flour on it, like it was just rolled out fresh, it has bubbles on the crust area like regular fresh pizza crusts get, and an actual chewy crust. Of course when you throw in their sauce and good quality mozzarella cheese, it's literally the best!!

I was highly impressed with my order. I order 2 XL slices of cheese pizza (to go). They were so delicious. Might I add, the brunette lady at the front counter was very kind and patient with me, since I never ate at this location before, and their menu had a wide range of food options. I will definitely return, and probably order something different.

The first time I ate something from Elizabeth's I had the Elizabeth's Special Pizza. That thing was Huge and tasted very good. Not impressed with the garlic knots. Second time their I had the "small" Sausage Stromboli (see picture) and it was fantastic. The peppers, onions, sausage, and marinara dip provided a symphony of flavors that was surprising and enjoyable. I also liked the mozzarella sticks. If I had one complaint about the restaurant it's that there are no napkin dispensers at the tables, which can be inconvenient because a lot of the food is very messy/saucey. Would recommend.

Wonderful place. Pasta is great, Philly cheese is well prepared, calzone and Stromboli on point. Daily and weekend specials for Brooklyn style pepperoni pizzas. The owner frank is a good guy too. Met him at a fundraiser for Zito, another local restaurant owner who was badly injured by a large pot of marinara at his own store. Sadly Zito is no longer with us after another unfortunate accident led to his passing, but now his daughter owns the place and using his recipes which is sentimental. Frank helped during the zjtl fundraiser and is a pretty good guy. My girlfriend worked here at one point because I went there so often. Family friendly and the new remodel makes indoor dining pleasant. The staff are quick to recognize regulars. It may be a little busy at times, or it may be a little slow, ya never know, but the food is always on Parr with ticket or estimated time.

Great sandwiches had half an Italian and half the Super steak both were great. Our waitress Charity was awesome. Will be back again to try the pizza!

The restaurant looks very pleasant inside and the service is excellent. Frequent refills. Food was fast and delicious. The freshly baked bread is served warm and complements the pasta well. Wide meal selection, from pizza to chicken wings and french fries to pasta. This is the place for everyone.

It pleased us to find this location open when the others in Winston-Salem we're closed for July 4th. The staff was awesome!! The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend this location in over the others. I would also recommend their steak and cheese sub while my husband highly recommends the pizza. Nice Italian background music as well as television viewing available.

My second time eating here. On business to Winston Salem and very convenient to the hotel. Excellent prices for the quality and quantity of food. Love the ambiance and the music is appropriate for the setting.

Take it from this Long Island guy......great food, large portions and seats where I can sit and watch the entrance doors. Just would like to see some goombata in there cooking. Then I got no beef, Capisce Big Frank???

I ate here on vacation and it was some of the best Italian food I've ever had, no exaggeration. I got their tortellini and it was absolutely amazing. The rest of my family loved their food as well. Excellent food and service. Staff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very clean. This place makes me wish I lived in NC.
