Magnolia Park Apartments

I’ve been living in Magnolia for a few months and I absolutely love it! Staff is always nice and maintenance is top tier when it comes to getting things fixed. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice place outside of the city!!

I’ve lived here for five years, Is Best property in the área I know crime is every where but in this property is so quiet and safe and property have security guards and curtecy officer too, I pay my rent on time so no one in the office bother me. The only thing I hate is that some durty residers dont clean dog poop everywhere, so mantenance guys clean up the mess everyday. The property is very clean and take- in care. The pool is always clean and in order love it! I love the fact tha are very strict on their rules and regulations because I love the order in a property the property management cares.

I never knew these apartments where in this location…. and I’m glad I found them. The office staff was so warm and welcoming. I can’t wait till they have the floor plan I want available because I want this place to be my new home. And it’s close to my job too!!!

I came here to get get information about their specials, and floor plans . Sandra was very helpful, and very kind with all the information she gave me , very understanding as well, I haven’t moved in but she definitely made me want to move ASAP. Literally one of the best communities I’ve lived in in quite some time! It’s clean, quiet and very comfortable. From the beginning, Ana from the leasing office has helped my roommate and I step by step, answered all of our questions and has exceeded my expectations. I literally look forward to coming home, I am so glad we found Magnolia Park! It is the perfect distance from Downtown, I can ride the train to work. So happy to be here!

Great community with awesome amenities, been here since May 2021 and our experience has always been positive, we renewed the lease. The staff has always been very nice and helpful, they take care of any service requests promptly. We have enjoyed Movie Night, Tacos, and the goodies that the staff give out during special days. All of the neighbors have been very courteous, its peaceful at night time. The complex is beautiful and in a great location in the heart of Magnolia and close to Downtown, there is a Family Dollar, Medical & Dental Clinics, a Taqueria, a Church, Live Music Bars, even a Lucha Libre Coliseum, and Public Transportation all within a few feet away from the complex, not something you see in every area of Houston to have so many businesses within walking distance. Mason Park is less than 5 min. drive away. Thanks Magnolia Park Team, your team is awesome! :)

Magnolia Park apartments has far exceeded my expectations. I’ve lived here for the past year and I absolutely love it.
Whenever I have any type of issue the management staff is always eager to assist making me feel as though I’m the only tenant in the entire complex.
They always make certain all maintenance requests are completed; even making following up calls to ensure I am completely satisfied.
I have lived in a few apartment complexes in Houston, and Magnolia Park outshines them all.

We have shifted here from New Orleans and found this society to be very cool,calm and clean.Property staff Mayra and Sandra are very cheerful,helpful and friendly in nature.I would definitely recommend my friends to be a part of this society.

The community is friendly! The ladies in the leasing office will go above and beyond to help you. The management took care of me from the beginning and was there to make sure I moved in okay. The neighborhood has some great restaurants in the area as well as bars. Fairly close to the train station to take you into downtown, great park in the area as well.

Magnolia Park has the nicest leasing agents! They are so eager to help whenever we need it. Miriam the manager was such a huge help when i moved in too!

I went apt hunting and came to check out Magnolia apts as soon as I walked in all Magnolias office staff made me feel welcomed. Can't wait to move in!

Love it here . Maintenance responds to orders very quickly and leasing staff always nice everytime I have questions. This is My first apartment in Houston moving from NY so I definitely recommend .
