I LOVE this store anyway but the staff is what made my experience yesterday the best. Diana and Valerie helped pick out outfits that fit my body to make it the most flattering ever! I wish I could of afforded everything they picked out as their items are on the pricey side but then again you pay for what you get. Their clothes withstand the test of time and their customer service when it comes to returns is amazing. I almost didn't want to leave yesterday as Diana and Valerie made me feel right at home and were an absolute joy to work with!

Love the clothes and they are always so welcoming and helpful. Kim in particular is very helpful with ordering me pants in long length and making suggestions for outfits. You can tell she loves her job. Excellent customer service!

Just like their name, their signature style is Black and White. With a splash of color, design and style to mix and match with any and everything in your wardrobe. The associates give you personal care service with every visit. A rare find in the world of shopping online and lack of customer service and attention to detail. In comparison to placed like New York and Company, they are pricey, but well worth it for the quality and style they offer.
