Great location! The reps are always helpful when I walk in. It’s my first month with Verizon and unfortunately I’ve experienced a few issues but between the reps JD & Lexus and the GM Brittany I was able to get things resolved. I appreciate them so much! I love good customer service. They all were friendly and efficient. Thank you!!

I had the most amazing experience at the Verizon off of Wendover!!!! I came in because my son’s phone was on backorder. And I needed to purchase insurance. Lexi was the representative I worked with she was very professional, kind, efficient, very knowledgeable, she offered Netflix and HBO Max to me for much cheaper than what I am paying currently!! She made me smile and my son is going to be so excited to get his phone!! Also, I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. Minimal wait time! Also, when Lexi called to cancel my online order the representative was extremely nice and knowledgeable!!! The vibe was awesome, just an Overall outstanding experience!!!

I had some problems with billing and my trading, but the good thing was that they fixed It. everywhere is going to have problems. But what's important is how they handle the solution. I'd recommend them.

This was my first time ordering online to pick up in store through the locker system. I just want to say thank you to the associates at the front of the store that helped point me in the right direction. Cavonte' went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my new purchase. He took his time to help me pick out a screen protector and the additional accessories that I needed. Even though my main purchase was done online, I appreciated the personable and professional customer service that I received in the store. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your in store Verizon needs! Job well done to the group working this evening. I can't wait to use my new phone!

I went to this Greensboro Wendover Avenue location for help activating my new phone, I'm embarassed to say with a chip on my shoulder because of my past experience with business support at the Verizon centers in my local area of Durham and Wake Forest. I was helped by a knowledgeable and patient agent named Sunny. Sunny listed so intently to my past experiences, and not only resolved my activation issue but suggested putting me in touch with a Business Rep from their location. Shelton called me soon thereafter, and he also listened carefully to my feedback has met every single one of my business needs, completely and thoroughly. Both Sunny and Shelton have won me over again to Verizon when I was almost ready to make the switch. I'll make the hour trip from Durham there anytime just to have their skillful support. Step up your game Durham and Wake Forest! This location and its dedicated folks are what you should hope to be!

Haven't been here in quite some time. An accessory order was here for pickup. One employee checked me in when I got there, and the other employee brought out my order after getting some information. They were both very nice and helpful.

My experience was FANTASTIC! The staff members were courteous and extremely helpful... Mary was my rep and she was extremely nice, intelligent and answered every question I had transferring between phones. Will definetly revisit THIS store if I ever have any phone issues. Y'all were great!!

The Head Lady was very helpful and did everything super quickly! She also was very nice and seemed open to help, as well as the other staff members who seemed ready to help and friendly.

My problem was a broken phone charger cord so I'm not sure about buying phones, but my service was very quick and painless.

I went in and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Andy. He helped me pick out the perfect new phone and then assisted me in getting it up and running. I walked out with a new phone that was completely operational. Andy is friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon and it was due to Andy helping me. Thanks Andy you are the best!

I've been to this store about 3 time and I always have such a great experience. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Every time I come in my problem is solved in like 5 minutes and I've never had to wait to be helped. I worked with Esaias and Jawon. They are awesome. Extremely pleasant and informative.

Went to this location after going to the Battleground location (and didn't receive any assistance after being there 15 mins...).
I was immediately met with a friendly face as soon as I entered and asked what I was looking for.
The sales associate by the name of Mary, (nice sleeved tattoo lady) was so dope.
My husband asked me to find some smart speakers and I had no idea what i was looking for but told her what it was and she came back with several options and explained each one for me with great detail and genuine enthusiasm.
I still don't know what exactly my husband is looking for but I now have a general idea of what a smart speaker is thanks to Mary.
I will return when its time to buy and I will only work with Mary!

Great service. Had the opportunity to work with Jeremy in selecting my new phone and discuss service options. I was not rushed and he took the time to answer any and all questions. I would also like to mention that he is a veteran who has served our country.

Mary and John are the BOMB!!!!! Great people skills! Real true to life people, you don't get that often. When i need Verizon i am going here and ask for Mary Katherine, that's how well we got to know each other and John, plus they are good friends of each other makes them a great customer service team!
