Jersey Mike's Subs

I'm not from around here, have never eaten at Jersey mikes, stopped into to try it a little late, about 30 mins before closing, and they were very nice! I got the Italian and it is awesome! Will definitely have to be coming back!

I ordered my daughter’s favorite sandwich for her after she had a rough couple days and was feeling stressed out. The person working had the thought to decorate our bag and make a great wintery scene! It was so unexpected and appreciated! He took the extra effort and brought a smile to my little girl’s face. The people here are so thoughtful and wonderful. On top of all this the food is always amazing and so fresh. We are customers for life. Thank you for employing such great people!

Ok, I stop here to get two foot long sandwiches for dinner. Their service was nice and polite, no complaints. The sandwiches were also good, full of flavor, no complaints here either,

However, $ 40 dollars later, that’s not a misprint, is way too much for 2 sandwiches. So , if you like way overpriced, but good sandwiches, go here.

I’m going elsewhere.

I've not been to a Jersey Mike's for quite a while. When I walked in the line scared me, but the staff moved extremely quickly, and I was able to enjoy my meal without delay. Clean store, great staff, and wonderful location. I will be back!

I’m Gluten free, I cannot explain the lengths Jersey Mike’s goes too to assure it is totally GF! One person touches your sandwich! Place and order on line, pay & just go in and pick it up, no line! I love this place!

Worked here for 5 years when it opened, and I still enjoy eating here. Most people can't stand eating where they worked when it comes to food service, but Jersey Mike's is the one quality "fast food" joint left around here

Ive been curb'siding this location since last year in the school buses that i transport from state to state. Today i get a manager that seemed to be upset because i did a curbside as if there was somewhere to park this big bus in that small lot. Anywho i still gave 5 stars because they make THE BEST sandwiches and i have eaten jersey mikes in alot of states which is why i i forgot to change my vehicle from my personal car when im at home to a bus. Lol Everyone else came out with no problem but this guy shrugz. Love yall

I want to compliment the professional staff who was there tonight (11/27, 5pm) the staff was clean, and doing their job professionally and appropriately. However the lady in front of me was a racist old woman who was belittling the worker for no reason. He did an amazing job and wanted to give him a shout out ❤❤

I love their "Sub-in-a-Tub." Also, I tried the pepper relish today 😋 delicious! Staff is SUPER friendly.

I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before and I went today to pick up a Club Supreme for my boyfriend. I was greeted and helped by the friendly staff members and had a conversation about how amazing the bacon looked. I’ve never seen bacon at a sandwich shop look so perfectly crisp. Overall I was so very impressed with the service and looking forward to going back.

I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for the last 10+ years...glad they finally opened a location in Shiloh. The sub in a tub is a great low carb option. I had the Original Italian Mike's Way in a tub a couple nights ago and it was excellent (with extra oregano) . Check out the picture!

Quick service, even when there is a long line. Great food, but unfortunately has become increasingly expensive like everything else. Two sandwiches will run around 30 dollars now.

Recently, the team here at Jersey Mike's provided my Church Revival with OUTSTANDING service! All sandwiches prepared for us were simply delicious and put a smile and a full belly on not only our church members' faces but visitors from far away as well. Huge thank you again, Kellie and staff!

I'll never go to any other sub restaurant other than Jersey Mike's. All the subs look great, but I really love the taste of the ham in the #3 Ham and Provelone. The ham reminds me of the ham I had growing up in New England. Good stuff!

This restaurant deserves 10 Stars not 5. Because of the crew that made my sandwiches today. I thank them for making dinner for me today cuz I was too tired to cook I have been on the go since 5 a.m. , I was extremely tired today.

I ordered the Big Kahuna on a wheat bread also known as a Philly steak and cheese with extra items and my asked me to order him a club sub with extra bacon. The crew there was so polite so courteous so friendly. They went above and beyond to give me excellent service. My husband & I were so hungry when I got home that we forgot to take a picture of her sandwiches.

This is the first time my husband ever had Jersey Mikes. He said he will no longer go to an area competitor for his sandwiches he will be coming to Jersey Mike from now on. All of you were spectacular. I don't know how many people told you thank you for being there today when I'm sure you probably wanted to be with friends and families for the holiday weekend. But your work, dedication, service and professionalism does not go unrecognized. I will be reaching out to the corporate office to share my experience in hopes that theyy do something to show appreciation for hard workers.

By the way I love Jersey Mike's pickles. They have that perfect crunch they're not soggy they're not super sour they are perfect. They're right on the borderline of being kosher dill pickles which is something that it's hard to come by.

Excellent fast service with smiles all around. Very clean establishment. All workers very very alert and appeared to enjoy their job. Sandwiches were delicious and good size portions. Will definitely eat here and again and recommend to others.

I love this Jersey Mike's in Shiloh, Illinois just like Fairview Height's location! They fixed my sandwich how it should've been & the guy that checked me out gave me a discount! You gotta love Jersey Mike's! ❤💯😍

First time ever going to Jersey Mike's. Took my son after work 7/6 around 230 pm. All we have to say is, this is the best sub/wrap we have ever had. The guys working were very cool , the food was fresh, and the service was quick.

The two young men that helped me were fantastic. They were friendly and got my order ready very quickly.
