It's exactly as advertised. It is a small general store providing items needed by visitors or residents. They have drinks and snacks covered for most people. There are clothing items and jewelry available too. Nice front porch to relax and enjoy a cold drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A great place for souvenirs and sundries while on the island. Staff is awesome. We also rented a mini cabin at the marina and a golf cart. It made for an awesome weekend with the family to explore the island.

The "not-so-general" General Store is the place to go if you need an essential or just want to shop for some cute Daufuskie island gear. They do have a few grocery items and a refrigerator section with drinks, eggs, bacon and some take-and-bake pizza. This store is definitely a life-saver while you are on the island!

Great for local and travelers. Reasonable price for the cost of getting it to the island. They have most of the essentials that you'll need or may have forgotten.

I guess this is the only store on the island so prices are bit higher than on the main land but this place will fulfill most of your rusty needs for souvenirs.
