Mary B’s has gained a customer for life!! I just discovered this gem and already can’t wait to eat there again. Everything was fresh and sooooo good!!!

First time eating here today. The people working there were very nice, the food (I had fried chicken, pintos, macaroni and cheese) was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and the prices were reasonable. I'll be back for sure. 👍

Great food ! Some people would call a restaurant like this a hole in the wall but this is a hidden treasure food is always great and hot Service is great for dine in and take out. It's a traditional meat and 2 veggies place and the veggies are cooked and season perfectly.
They also make fresh lemonade every once in a while and it is perfect for a hot summer day !

My biggest disappointment has been not discovering this place sooner. I was looking to grab some lunch in Archdale, and stumbled across Mary B’s on Google. Don’t judge a book by its cover. When I first pulled in to the parking lot of the row of shops, I’ll admit I had a few reservations just based on the outside. When I walked inside, I was greeted in a way that just felt so genuine. As if I was walking into a place I had been visiting for years. This restaurant operates cafeteria style. Grab your tray, make your way down the buffet and the staff will make your plate.

I’ve been here 4-5 times, and have yet to find something I didn’t like. The meatloaf and chicken pie are always on point. All the sides I have tried have been delicious. I can’t not have the Mac and cheese. Try it, and the reason will become obvious. Don’t sleep on the pineapple pudding for dessert!

If you like good old fashion home cooked food this is the best place to eat

The food is always delicious. Their fried chicken is the best and that goes for their meatloaf and country style steak. Great vegetables and the desserts are fantastic. Been going there for years and you know when you eat there you'll know they are professional s and put their hearts in their profession. Great atmosphere and very clean restaurant. It's.definitely a 5.star.

Southern Comfort food at its finest! Even when you eat there it feels as if you're taking a seat at a family table! I can make three lunch plates off one Togo plate , country style steak or Salisbury steak with thick homemade brown gravy mashed potatoes greens , potato salad, steamed cabbage , banana pudding , so great! After all that you can wash it down with some ice cold sweet tea!

Love the people and home cooked meals is as good as it gets

We have been coming here for several years now. (Shame on me for not rating sooner) This is the go-to spot for good home cooked, country food. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious! Best meatloaf and fried chicken in town. Great service and delicious food? What more do you need? It’s here! Right here! Do it, get in here and get this food, like now!

Excellent, home cooked food in a variety of combos. I chose the country style steak for my meat and lima beans with corn and cream potatoes for my sides. They offer several different meat and side options, good variety without too many choices. The owners were really kind people - I'll return not only for the delicious food but for the service as well.

Very good home cooking. Well seasoned not bland. I love the country style steak but meatloaf is good also. I've never had anyone have a bad meal here. Owners are super nice also.

This is good food. The place is not far out of the way, and it's so much better than the typical fast food joints on Main Street.
On my first trip I was given a very healthy portion of Meatloaf sweet potatoes and green beans that more than filled me up.

If you want Southern cooking, then this is the place. Each day they have prepared a variety of vegetables to choose from, and I believe 2-3 meats. In the 20+ years I have been having lunch here, the portions have been, and remain plentiful!

Great place to eat .I know the owner very nice when I had a shop in archdale I eat there three to four time a week great food

My faves are meatloaf, roasted potatoes, cabbage, and greens. They are always friendly and accommodating.
