Billy and his crew are our heroes! We purchased a new house in Carolina Beach 4 months before hurricane Florence hit. The siding was ripped off our house and the inside was destroyed with water that came through the walls. We were pregnant with our first baby, and honestly scared. We don't have any family around so we had to put our trust in someone. Thank god for Billy and his crew. They were totally professional and had our house back together before our baby was born. Homeless and pregnant was horrible, but being able to move back in before our baby was born is priceless. Thank you Billy and everyone that helped us! We are forever grateful.

Billy and his crew were top notch! They performed two commercial upfits for us for both our new Wilmington location as well as Leland. We had strong budgetary requirements and he was able to make appropriate recommendations to come within budget and had work completed in a reasonable amount of time. I've worked with many contractors over the years for my business, and this has by far been the best experience to date. Thank you HKS!

Not all heroes wear caps! I stumbled upon HKS in a google search frantically after Hurricane Florence wiped out our brand new home in Carolina Beach, NC. I was 4 months pregnant and we had only been in our home 4 months as well. Billy answered the phone and said he would be to our house shortly to go over damages and talk us through the process. Sure enough there he was on time everytime, he was always transparent , and honest through the whole job. Billy and his crew did the demo, mold, and rebuild of our home. When we got back into it he even did some minor upgrades! We were so happy with the work and his crew! I highly recommend HKS and Billy!

HKS Quality Remodeling & Construction was referred to me by several people in my neighborhood. They have completely renovated several houses around mine and my husband and I asked them to do ours as well. They exceeded our expectations. HKS provided quality work. They replaced our siding, renovated our bathrooms and kitchen, as well as replacing all of our doors, windows, and painting. The workers were clean, polite, and worked efficiently while respecting us and our home. We are in love with our new home and reccomend HKS Quality Remodeling to anyone looking for commercial or residential repairs or construction.

Dream bathroom renovation. I had several estimates done and HKS was the lowest. I got my dream bathroom for a great price in the amount of time that they promised. Could not be happier. Will call them when I'm ready for my next re-do!

They installed new counter tops for our business. The product itself had some issues and they did everything in their power to make it right. They care about their customers and brought in cleaners to keep our store clean. Great company!

These guys are the best. Billy and his crew are absolute professionals. Highly recommend them for any construction needs.

As a repeat customer with HKS I am very happy with all of the jobs Ive have completed and I plan to use them again in the future. These guys are honest and hard working. Good job.

Great talker but cannot produce a quality product. He's a salesman not a carpenter. They constantly switched out the workers on site making it almost impossible for someone on site to really know what was going on. It did seem like they just looked for guys on the street willing to work for the lowest price. Low ball pricing and then upcharging for just about every little thing. They ended being a much higher price than most of the other bids because of this. Will NOT use again.

Would rather give zero stars, but not an option. Worked with us for 6 months on a full house remodel, his crew only showed up 7 days out of the 6 months. We lost $11,000 to this thief. For your own good, stay away from him!

As a general contractor...Smooth talker, work is well below average. Unfortunately I also provided work on a few of his jobs. I was never paid. I would never recommend his company.

Subcontractors beware you will not get paid from these people I was warned a day to late,But hired a lawyer this week to handle it because two more GC out of Wilmington didn't pay either

DO NOT use this company for residential work unless you do not mind being lied to or being greatly impacted by false information. They do not keep their commitments. Very unprofessional.

The absolute slowest refurbishment I have ever seen. And the most rude and annoying practices.
