Crossings on Lane Apartments

I have moved in these apartments since February of 2022 and I am in love with the property. Wonderful apartments beautiful view of the Courtyard. Very quiet street and neighbors. Ms. Nicole Hernandez is a great manager, she is eagerly to assist you for any of your maintenance needs.

We've lived here for about 7years. Ms. Gina in the office is amazing! Our ac recently went out and she was quick to help us get a portable ac set up to help until the ac got fixed. Any time we've had a maintenance problem or a concern, she's been quick to help us solve it. We really appreciate her and the rest of the Crossings family. 💙

I highly recommend these apartments, nice neighbors and quiet area and nice pool! We just moved here and the application process was super fast and easy thanks to Gina! She is super sweet and has gone above and beyond for us helping us with all of our needs and helping us get the perfect little home for our family. If your looking for a place to live here is super nice and they have the best management ! If you need help ask for Gina❤

The world is a better place because of people like Mrs. Nancy. She is kind, professional, caring and overall a JOY to be around. I'm beyond grateful to have met her and she has made my application process incredibly smooth and fast. She made me feel comfortable during my tour and she helped meet my specific needs for my little family.
This place is incredibly peaceful and calm. It sincerely feels safe beyond measure and Mrs. Nancy is the cherry on top of this wonderful experience. I look forward to raising my little family in this beautiful community.

This place is awesome! The application process was easy. Nancy answered all my questions and helped me through the moving process. I was in my apartment in no time!. I love how clean and quiet the outside is. I’m so excited to call this place our home

The neighbourhood is amazing everyone is so friendly. I recently upgraded to a bigger apartment and it definitely met my expectations. With the help of Nancy, my newly husband and I were able to get our first home. I truly recommend checking these apartments out! Not only are the apartments beautiful, but they also have really nice staff. I’m so thrilled to have gotten the chance to have Crossings on Lane to be our new home. Yesterday I called to inquiere about the availability of a 1 bedroom I spoke to the supervisor from city crossings on lane and was told I would get a call back right the next day from Nancy the property manager. Today 10/29/19 I got a call back from her and arrange an appointment to answer all my questions regarding the property and a walk thorough. She showed me beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which was what I was looking for and answer all my questions, she was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It was so lovely to work with her today. Everything that I read on this reviews is in fact true about the property and Ms. Nancy!! :) I can’t wait until my family and I can finally be part of city crossing on lane, it looks very quiet nice and clean property It has everything I have been looking for.

Nancy thank you so much for all your help and amazing customer service! I can’t wait to move into my apartment! I highly recommend these apartments. Nancy the office manager is very friendly and helps you with the whole process. She even stayed a little past her time to get off just to call me and let me know I got approved. They are extremely fast. I did my application and got approved within a few hours. I can’t wait until she calls me and says my apartment is ready for me to move in!

I have been living at these apartments for many years. It is very family oriented, and I am satisfied with the new owners: Crossing Lanes. Nancy has been very generous in helping me transition from the previous owners to Crossing Lanes. She is friendly, has a great attitude, and gets things done.

I'm so happy with the new owners at Crossings on Lane! The complex is always neat and peaceful. As soon as I request any repairs they are on it and have it fixed fast. I am very satisfied with my apartment. And Bianca, who helps in the office is so sweet and amazing. She is always helpful with anything I need.

We have been here for almost a month now and so far we are loving it! It’s really quiet and clean. Neighbors are very respectful and nice!
Nancy is such amazing property manager, very kind and helpful, every time we needed anything she will get it done as soon as she can and keeps us inform about everything that’s going on!

Nancy was the most sweetest person to help me in looking for a new home. I had situations from my past that kept me from finding a home that was willing to work with me and Nancy did what she can to work with me, she took a chance on me and I’ll forever be grateful for that.
Maintenance has also been so helpful.
The area is peaceful and I look forward for the next few months here.

My wife and I have just recently moved in and have found these apartments to be an absolute delight. As a retired couple we have found peace and quiet here, as well as relaxation. It is very clean and well kept. Nancy is very kind and courteous, as well as prompt with any request. I think we are going to enjoy living here..

My wife and I decided to move in to these apartments after checking out various apt properties and this was the best for the price. The property is very quiet and clean. Nancy, who helped us through the leasing process is extremely professional, flexible and overall helpful. She responds promptly to anything you may want to inquire about. We've been here for 4 months and I do not have any complaints, it has been very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I'd reccomend these apts without a doubt.

Me and my husband were looking for an affordable place to live while we save money to purchase our forever home. Nancy, the manager who helped me through the process, made the whole application process really easy. She was also very quick to respond. Nancy is a true professional always willing to answer your questions and to help with any and all situations. She provides a caring community for the residents. One example is the delivery of the food boxes provided to all the families in the apartments. They were needed and bountiful. Her maintenance staff is conscientious , skilled and caring to each and every resident whether it’s a small need or a large repair. I was a home owner for 40 years and now I love living in my apartment. I do not have to worry about maintenance and the grounds are lovely always cleaned and beautifully made landscaped.

Moving in was easy and I love that the manager who helped me was honest and friendly. Her name is Nancy. I moved in because of the location and I see how peaceful and quiet it is. The apartment is clean and has a nice vanity area, and the room has a big closet, too.

I love these apartments, very quiet, and the girl in the office is very kind and always helps you in everything. Her name is Gina, I highly recommend them
