Went with a friend to get a car. Naomi was super sweet & helpful with the entire process. It was a quick process also - we were out within a couple hours - including test driving different vehicles. The paperwork clearly states MULTIPLE TIMES the rules for repo/your car payment. As long as you pay on time, you’ll have a great used car from terrific cars in Wilson, NC!

They will repo your vehicle quick fast and in a hurry. They did work with me but, barely give time to pay. They repoed my vehicle 2 times. First time I paid the next day. Second time failed to call me as they had in the past and at the time of repo I had payed my payment and insurance but either I had to pay it off or no transportation. I never knew 2 repos resulted in car pay off. I immediately let them know in a message on their phone in the near future be straight forward in their business and I don't want the car back. Head light/signal light was out, lawn mower had broken a window, payments were steep, inspection due and needed water pump. God knew best. I'm currently driving a 2018 truck and there is a reason I don't prefer buy here pay here. You live and learn. Not all are good to do business with.

I kinda wished I read the reviews before getting a vehicle here 🤦 I am up to date on my payments. I asked for an extension simply because my pay schedule has changed at my job and the guy gonna tell me idk what to tell you borrow the money or it's getting repoed. I have 2 other vehicles I make car payments to currently from different place and they have NEVER told me no mess like that. First thing drove off the lot 50 miles and check engine light comes on. E vapor is broken. Then I had to pay over 500.00 because car would not start. To find out after be broke down for 4 1/2 hrs. That the tracker in the vehicle which is connected to a relay was burned up. Wire was melted and I called name dealership to be called a lie. Payment up to date maybe 3 days later and they repo my truck. Never again dealing with these people again. I have all the pictures too. Also calling better business bearu in the morning also wilson county da.

This place is a SCAM I do mean that . I had a 08 Toyota Avalon put $2500 cash down . They number 1 had a tracking device unknowingly which I didn’t care cause I could make my payment. Anyway my payment was 335 a month I made one payment not even 2 weeks later they came to the car because I cursed them out about calling my insurance people. What’s the purpose of calling people insurance if they making payments plus insurance is active. So they got me out of $2800 plus tag fees . Please don’t do business with them they are SCAMMERS an money hungry dishonest people ever . And they wanted $13,000 in all for a 08 Avalon plus 48months of payments like be foreal. Bought a vehicle from this place on December 4th 2020.... Here it is now December 9th and I already have an issue with having to replace an alternator. Tried to talk to the owner and explain that my battery was about dead and bought from him a mere couple of days ago I was told that the cars are "As Is"..... REALLY?!!! Nonetheless, I was told to bring it to his repair shop, but have to get my vehicle towed there because the battery is dead. We'll see how this goes but the business practices down here are deplorable!!!! I already see how this is about to go.... I'll keep you all posted.....

This place is a Scam and yes i mean that got a 2010 dodge charger payments 350 a mo 1st week of having the car start smoking cutting off draving down hwy with my 4 small kids in the car. was trying to get a deal worked out these scam arits didn't wanna work with me as a customer.. I just dropped my insurance today and had them come get the junck fyi..never shop with these scam arits all they wont is to take ya $$ for there lemons they sell as cars...

They stole my car back. My payments were up to date and my insurance was up to date. I only owed $900. They came and got my car for no reason. BEWARE of this dealership. In order to get my car back I got to pay it off. BEWARE!!!!!.

This place is a Straight up joke. Go to there website and did the online application and was set to get a Chevy Traverse for $950 down and then had to pay for taxes and title and which was an extra $325. The women my wife talked to told use to go and get insurance for the Traverse and to be there at the shop by 330. Well after getting insurance on the Traverse and going all the way from Kinston NC to Wilson NC they had the car sold out from underneath us and then lied about it. " Oh well it couldn't of sold because there is no deposit on it". Then the next morning the Traverse was sold and the only thing the manager said well you know how many people say that they are going to show up and never show up. This was April 8th 2021. This place can not be trusted .

If I could give 0 stars I would ! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!! Snatched my husband car while payments and insurance was up to date… came down there to pay for this month rude owner gon tell us we have to pay the car off in order to get it or they was gonna call the police on us…. Terrible business

Terrible customer service. Gives you the run around when trying to purchase a vehicle. Tells you to come one day then he’s out of the office all day and when you catch him in the office he’s about to leave and claims the paperwork will take more time then he has. The only plus is his receptionist is very pleasant.

They are not willing to work with you and my vehicle broke down in less than 90 days..Don't waste your hard earned money here, the cars are far from terrific, all they want to do is sell you a lemon.

This place has ridiculously priced vehicles, outrageous monthly payments would never even consider going back there to look at their vehicles.

Gives you the run around.. they act like they dont want to sell you anything, never in the office, you can have the money and they'll claim that they have so much to do. Understaffed and unqualified.
