The phenomenal Rosie was the employee that assisted meat the Greensboro location. As a former 11year customer service manager, I saw top tier service from her. She was knowledgeable, attentive to my details, and communicated effectively! I immediately spoke with her store manager about how thrilled I was to have Rosie assist me!

I experienced a wonderful interaction here picking out my entire living room + new furniture for my new home. Everybody was very kind and accommodating. Derrick was extremely helpful and patient!!! I wish more salesmen were this way…and then maybe the stereotype could slowly fade that if someone works on commission, that they are pushy, because this was the absolute opposite! Then, during check out, the manager went above and beyond in helping for a far away delivery, as well as showing appreciativeness of my business! A big thank you to all of you for the ease of all my needs!

We went into this store today and Lenard gave us THE BEST customer service! He greeted us when we entered the store, gave us space to browse and came back to check on us. I went to badcock to purchase a sofa and received amazing customer service from Marty and Lenard! They are both amazing and sweet individuals who helped my partner and I find the perfect sofa.

Lenard and Marty showed great customer service experience I went in the store undecided on what couch set I wanted and they made it so easy for me to decided.

Jamal and Charlie did a great job assisting me find the best furniture. I took my time and came in few times before I made the decision. They also helped me make changes to the furniture before it was delivered. I spent over 5k for furniture and I thank Jamal and Charlie for making it happen. They are friendly and helpful! My daughter and myself both have accounts at the Charlotte, NC store, and we're very happy . Because of OUR store, I recommended they go to Badcock in Greensboro. Unfortunately their experience at the Greensboro store really embarrassed me.
Their account is under Angela Burns. There were mistakes made when the order was written up. Now NOTHING is being delivered tomorrow as promised to their new house. The furnitue they wanted is not here, and the wrong furniture isn't even ready for delivery. This store has let me down as recommending this store, I'M NOT. The sofa and love seat ARE in the store on display, but now the store wants more money. THEIR GOOF - can they be offered the display?

I went to purchase a bedroom set and my experience was most wonderful. I would recommend Badcock to my family and friends!!!!!!

Great experience loved the staff and lots of lovey selections especially loved staff Derek and Roszaire I believe there names were and they explained everything to me and had a nice time.
