Over the last several years, UPS has been the most reliable delivery service (in Jayess) and has the best drivers. UPS has NEVER failed to deliver a package (we average two packages a week from Amazon) to my home. The drivers make it a point to know your preferences and are hospitable each time I encounter them. I cannot say the same for the other delivery services.

Would have rated a 5 star if drivers would CONSISTENTLY put my packages under carport cover instead of out in the elements and where garbage man won't pick up with the trash. For the most part they do but unfortunately my route has multiple drivers and a very few don't follow directions. As far as the customer center itself is concerned they do an awesome job and staff are super friendly!

I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is very professional and easy to do business with. I didn't give 5 stars because they've failed to deliver my package wrong a few times.

I’ve been trying to contact them to find out if anyone would be there so I can pick up a package Friday but the automotive thing is to stupid. I keep requesting for customer support but it keeps asking for more info, there is no way to talk to a human for normal questions the robot can’t answer any of them.if possible I’d like a number to call to talk to someone at the office in magnolia

I don't live on presley. They must can't read. Deliver the package to advance auto. Cearly had my address on both package. Ups is a joke
