Very nice hotel for families. Clean, safe, great breakfast. I can’t ask for more. Staff is always polite and accommodating.

This was such an awesome experience. The staff was extremely friendly!! Cannot recommend them enough. From the front desk employees to housekeeping, very warm and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast had a lot of options but wasn’t the best (honestly hotel breakfasts are rarely any good).

I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. We stayed 3 nights over a weekend.

4 star in room, just because the mattress way too firm. They really need some better mattresses. Over all the place is great for family, nice staff members, and clean.

Jumping Jellybean! Put a 📌 here. Getting to this site was easy to include signing in. Our room was spacious and welcoming, King Size Bed, large TV, fully stock snacks, refrigerator, and microwave. It was evidence that recovering from COVID was still in full swing. Nevertheless, there's no hiccups or missteps in taking care of their clients. Maids were busy cleaning rooms. In fact, when they passed me coming through the doors, they had smiles and greetings. Wow! That means I will come again. Hey, let's I forget, give someone a hug and let them know you love ❤ them. My husband and I booked this hotel with our Amex points to stay at for three days while we move into town. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. There was always fresh coffee and hot water available. This is a dog friendly hotel and our pup Meeka was also very happy and treated with a dog treat. The room was very clean and the breakfast was always hot and good! Thank you for your kindness!

So I'm giving 5 stars because the breakfast is really, really good and was ready each morning at 6am. If breakfast is important to you, this is your place. Also they leave stuff out throughout the day so when we needed a ketchup packet and a fork and plate later, we could get one. Microwave is there to use any time you need. Room has a fridge so you can totally eat leftovers easily. Location to the aquatic center was a quick and easy 15 minutes, which was perfect.

The only downside is the first night, the wifi didn't work at all. They did get it fixed about 12 hours later. The pool is also gross. Like super super gross. Tons of bugs, spiders, etc. This was at 5pm and bugs and leaves from the day before were still there.

Extremely satisfied with our stay! We were in the process of moving and this hotel was very cozy, quiet and modernly updated. The staff was very helpful especially the lady who worked the night shift. I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond and had a very pleasant personality. The rooms do not come with microwaves but since she discovered we were there for a week she carried a loaner microwave to our room.

This hotel is also situated conveniently off of 40 but away from a lot of highway traffic. Our room was facing the woods so it was a very nice view and very peaceful. Will definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. My room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept well during my stay.

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, and even though it was Thanksgiving holiday they were available. I didn't know I had to order maid service to have my room cleaned but the staff made sure we had extra towels. I'll see you'll soon.

We resurface pool deck / painted interior pool. Employees were friendly and helped as much as they could !!

As with the vast majority of other stays within the Hilton brand, I found this hotel to meet my expectations and don't have anything negative to say about it. I always seem to have an exceptional experience with the use of remote check in and door key via the Hilton app. This hotel is just a short drive east of Greensboro. It was less expensive to stay here as compared to similar Hotels in Greensboro.

Very pleased with our stay. We arrived around 10 p.m. and got settled and then realized the toilet was shooting water out the top. The clerk was prompt to arrive with what she thought would be a fix. Although it wasn't she did immediately move us to the next room over. The bed really was like a cloud. I called them back to see what the pillows were! The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was spot on! I also like the branding that they are incorporating! Great job guys!

Stayed just one night but will stay again. The hotel was really nice and clean. It's location is near shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast was included also.

We had a one night stay at the hotel on the third floor. The staff was all around very friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The water pressure was a little light. The breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, waffle, and yogurt! Mmmmm hmmm! I had a great stay there!

This Hampton Inn is a true hidden gem. The facilities were clean, and smelled clean.
The location was in what felt like a safe place without lots of noise, traffic, nor people traffic.
The décor was chic, practical, and pleasing to the eyes.
I LOVED our stay here and would definitely recommend this particular location.

I had a great stay. All the staff was friendly/professional. The rooms were clean, quiet, and in great shape. The breakfast was the best kept breakfast I've experienced at any hotel, and the breakfast staff working that day were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Very reasonably priced. An excellent value for the money with all that you receive. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent variety. Staff was always helpful polite and smiling. This place felt like home away from home. Will definitely be staying there again with our next visit to Greensboro North Carolina.
