Dr. Gafar A. Adesoji, MD

He's very honest and trustworthy, especially when it comes to giving you your diagnosis. Many people don’t think to thank their doctor for everything that they do, but you always make me so grateful and feel so much better. While you may not be perfect, you are the perfect doctor for me. I am so happy that I found a doctor that is kind, caring and excellent at what he does for his patients. Thank you Dr. Adesoji for always being there for me and my family and being a wonderful physician.

First visit with Dr. Adesoji was for VA disability claim. He was very professional and thorough. He was so awesome I referred my parents to him, they love him, he cares to be honest and truly listens. Great Dr. And he opens early enough for me to make an appointment and still get to work on time.

Best MD ever, so warm and inviting.. He risked missing a flight for a family function to come do a wellness check on me after I was sent to the ER from his clinic due to Status Asthmaticus. He goes over and beyond for his patients because that was something he did not have to do for me. He made sure I was in good hands with one of his collegues upon his departure.

He has been my granny's doctor for yrs if her appt is at 2pm we might sit n the lobby for 5 or 10 mins but taken right to the back after our entire visit never last longer then 45min to an HR. He's very respectful an knowledgeable of his clients needs.

I would like to especially commend doctor Gagarin Adesoji for his professionalism and caring attitude towards, not only my mother but our family. He has been wonderful in caring for our mom and educating us on her care.He has been so kind and compassionate to her.I will say that I don't believe my mom could receive better care anywhere.

I was looking for a good internal medicine physician and I think I have found one. I was very satisfied with my first. The staff and Dr. Adesoji was very good and patient. My in and out time could not have been better.

A great doctor and a wonderful staff

I hate to do this because the doctor is great. So the stars are for the doctor. But if you have an appointment at 9am, you should see the doctor at 9am not 2 hours later. What's the point of making an appointment? You would think they're doing surgery or something. I appreciate the doctor's patience with clients, but I don't want to spend a DAY at the doctor's office. There needs to be better appointment managing. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING between the thin walls.

The stars are for the Doctor but some of the staff are very unprofessional. They never return your phone calls. The only way most of time l get to talk to anyone is the receptionist at the front desk that makes appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gafar Adesoji for years and trust him implicitly. He truly cares for his patients and is extremely thorough when diagnosing his patients. His bedside manner is wonderful, welcoming, and humorous.

He is the ONLY reason I keep returning to the practice, however. The front desk receptionists are pleasant and decent to deal with but I can never get responses back when I leave voicemails for the nurse regarding labs that were done a week or more prior to me calling or about referrals to specialists. Most calls I make to get a status update and to keep myself informed of what's going on regarding my situation. I'm amazed and appalled that the Office Manager has been there as long as she has because she is incredibly rude, inefficient, lazy, and lacks the compassion required to deal with patients or the community as a whole. There are a couple of exceptions regarding his staff that I have a nice repoire with but other than those two or three, he needs an overhaul of his staff. I have made Dr. Adesoji aware of these instances and he has apologized on their behalf and provided me his cell number which was gracious. It should not have come to that though because basic common courtesy should be the standard, not the exception. If your voicemails advise patients that all calls received prior to 3pm will be returned the same business day and all other calls will be returned the next business day then there is no excuse for me or any other patient waiting weeks to hear back or, as I have done, having to make an extra appointment or show up as a walk in simply to get the information I needed when a simple 30 second to 1 minute return call would have satisfied my inquiry.

Great doctor but the staff is not well managed and neither is their time.

Great dr. But staff never answers phone. You can call everydsy..no answer...leave a message...no answer..just pop up to schedule your appointment!

He is Great physician! But his office staff are extremely slow and inefficient.
- No patient and nor their pharmacy should have to beg for the fulfillment of a maintenance med prescription
- No patient should have to wait a month for a medical referral
- No patient should have leave daily messages, only to get a callback in 3 weeks
- Scheduling an appointment should not be solely dependent on computer accessibility
- And since when does a physician collect monies on a presumed bill w/o an itemized invoice. If you have lost money, close the waste in the office process, but don't intimidate the patient

I am very unhappy with customer's experience. The front desk staff is very unfriendly and is not professional. I had appointments canceled and I had been waiting on a DOCTOR appointment for 3months.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gafar for about 7/8 years. My children have been. patients of Dr. Remi Gafar for just as long. My entire family also uses both doctors. The office staff is HORRIBLE! I don’t think I’ve even been more upset. I came in with complaints and was sent to the Flynn clinic for X-rays. I received a bill from Dr. Adesoji’s office about three weeks after but NEVER heard anything back about my results. I called that same week to speak to the Dr. and was told by the nurse that he was busy and she would have him call. Still, no call back. Today, I get a call from another Dr.‘s office to reschedule my appointment for a sooner date. I had no clue who they were or how they had an appointment I never knew anything about. They need to get samples to test for cancer and my PCP had never gotten back to me to let me know. I love the Adesoji’s dearly which is why I have put up with the office staff so long but this is it for me. My mother, siblings, nieces, nephews and close family friends are all going to find other primary care physicians.

Doctor has no consideration for the health of its clientele nor consideration for your time. You can make an appointment but guarantee you will not see this doctor! Thus far I have missed 2 days of work because of this man. I have arrived for 2 appointments and was told my appointment was canceled after waiting 30-45 mins. No not before I showed... After checking in and waiting to be seen! I am starting to wonder if this doctor is even practicing doctor! If I had a choice I would never come back but since I am a vet and working with the VA I have no choice! After talking to another patient he said this was the 4th appointment that had been canceled for him. I would not suggest this doctor for my worst enemy.
