Pretty much how I get my mail

Lied to me about a package being delivered and even said maybe a neighbor stole it then delivered it two days later and stuffed it in my mailbox knowing the package was too big to fit. Left my mailbox door wide open with the package hanging out. UNPROFESSIONAL and Karen Smith you are a liar and UNPROFESSIONAL

Garbage government facility as usual. Package said delivered but I never got it. This happens with nearly every package with USPS. fedex and ups has no problems ever. Called up there to see about it, spend 5 minutes going through prompt just to get put on a waiting list, typical phone stuff i suppose. Lady calls back and says there’s nothing she can do because it says she delivered it and it was scanned right in front of mailbox/residence.. So I suggested to her that it could’ve been delivered to the wrong mailbox, as i’ve gotten neighbors mail MULTIPLE times(mailboxes rests sidebyside for apt complex), having explained this information, she still insisted it wasn’t possible that she delivered to the wrong address(like the mail lady can’t make a mistake); I said “how are you sure she didn’t place it in the wrong box, she’s done it before” her reply: “She said she didn’t, there’s nothing we can do, it said it was delivered” She then said maybe someone stole it.. lots of people calm about stolen mail. Told her my community never had that problem ever and plus the mail was discreet, can fit in box, not a big package or anything, then the package isn’t really anything you could just still, it’s use is very specific.. It sounded like she was defending a friend, knowing how tight knit the purvis community is, whoever called me definitely know the delivery lady and was defending her like she couldn’t make a mistake, told me to ask the company who sent it if they would reimburse me, yea right.. I always have to ship USPS packages to my parents house or else it’s a ordeal. This place sucks along with all others usps.

My mail person is extremely lazy. They always write "no access" on my packages when there is most definitely access. Which means I have to go to post office to pick them up. I specifically order online so they are delivered directly to me so I don't have to go get them. I also pay extra for them to be sent quickly but when they fail to deliver my packages I have to wait a certain amount of days until it's available for pick up at the post office. I've already filed a complaint at the post office about said issues and nothing has been done. I'm very frustrated and irritated.

Let me first add that I understand “unforeseen circumstances” happens. Nevertheless, why would you deliver only one part of packages that were all together and forget another one? This is unacceptable! You guys are inept to say the least. I ordered these things a long time ago, and both packages had the same delivery date, a day before my husband’s birthday. And ya’ll forgot to bring part of my order🤦🏽‍♀. Ridiculous! I would give you 0 stars if possible. Get it together, plus this is not the first time you guys have done something like this with packages, idiots!!!

How is it that everytime I have a package , it gets marked for animal interference . When there is no animals around . Post office workers are lazy and need to do better

Since when can you not put money in your mail box for a stamp....
