Carrabba's Italian Grill

Typical Carrabba's, but the table wasn't cleaned prior to sitting down. The pasta carabbas were awesome as normal but I usually visit the concord location. Service was good but was only sitting in a certain area with booths and the seats are too close to the table for both of us and the waiter said he knew that we could sit at a table if needed. The price was as expected for our dinner. We enjoyed the food and the delivery to the table was not that long. Will return to Concord where it was a better service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Will was absolutely amazing. He not only took care of myself, but also everyone in my area with such a delightful spirit. I will certainly come back. Also, the manager Kim was very accommodating. She greeted me with a smile and assisted promptly to my request . I don’t often go out my way to leave reviews however, in this instance, it was well worth it. Thank you so much for a great dinner and awesome customer service..

We had an office party of 10 come for lunch here. Our server was amazing, attentive, and kind. Food was delicious. I got champagne chicken and it was some of the best spiced chicken I’ve had in a while. Its also a quiet, but open atmosphere, at least at the time we went. Desserts including the chocolate dream were excellent as well. Would highly recommend.

Loved all of it. The adult drinks served in real fruit were amazing! Everyone was polite and quick to assist with anything.

We already loved the food and ordered it to go during remodeling of our home, but the updates to the dining room are lovely and it feels light and warm and inviting. They have added new staff and taken the entire experience of dinner with family at Carrabba's to the next level. Well done! Highly recommend.

It's been a long time since I have been here. Our waiter Frank was awesome. The food superb. We had the new filet and shrimp pasta. Definitely will be going back.

My son took me to Carrabba's for Mother's Day 💐 lunch 🍽. It was our first visit here at this particular location. The service was wonderful, our hostess was Kasey and she did a great job of keeping us satisfied 🤗thank you. The food was hot and cooked to perfection, just like we like it😋. I enjoyed a rib eye 🥩 with asparagus and sauteed spinach and my son had grilled salmon and asparagus 😋. We will be returning very soon!

We dined at this restaurant tonight, and it was a delightful experience! Our server, Leah C, was exceptional—ensuring our water was always filled, accurately taking our order, and offering a delightful suggestion that we both enjoyed. Highly recommend her as your server!

Haven't been in a long time, seems to have improved greatly, service excellent, food very good, nice portion size, scallops and shrimp good size and fresh, in the past very small and strong smell, spaghetti and meatballs good. If stays consistent will be back.

I had no idea a chain restaurant could be so good! They focus on the Grill in their name. Their filet was one of the best I have ever had. The mahi mahi was outstanding! The soups, appetizers and desserts surpassed my expectations! The owner, Daniel Butner, can trace his family tree back to the founding of Old Salem! He's very enthusiastic about his home community and is deeply involved with a number of charities. So you can feel good about the food and the extracurricular service they bring! Keep up the amazing work! We'll be back!

I loved this place. We went as a stop on the way home from a fishing trip. The pasta is amazing and so is their bread. I really want to go back. They have a location closer to me in the Triangle - will have to try that one.

What a fabulous evening we had at Carrabba's last night! Tim Beeman invited Ray and me to join him, his wife, Stephanie, another couple, and a local food journalist to dine at the owner's table! Daniel Butner, owner of this great franchise, treated us to outstanding cuisine, service and his own personal family history, and let me say that I was captivated by his stories! Daniel is an avid community supporter and champion of non-profit work! If you've never eaten here before, what in the world are you waiting for???

Sabrina and her staff took very good care of us. One in our party has a severe allergy, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. Highly recommend!

It's a very peaceful atmosphere. Food was great. The salmon is perfection! I ordered a new mixed drink, it was fruity and blended flawlessly. My waiter was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be back.

My daughter took me out for a pedicure and a meal at Carrabba's. We decided on ordering appetizers like tapas. It was a wonderful meal. We didn't realize how much food the appetizers would be. I think we ordered five or six. They covered the whole table! We had enough to box up for two more meals each. We followed dinner sharing a raspberry cake with vanilla icecream a la mode that was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was great, she attended our needs, wasn't overly present, and helped us box up our leftover food. We both ended up with a large bag of boxes and a bag of bread with olive oil and spices. It was a wonderful place to enjoy my Birthday and especially spending time with my Beautiful daughter Erin.

Service was absolutely phenomenal! Desiree was very friendly and full of energy.

When my friend’s alfredo sauce came out a bit thin, she was completely understanding and seemed very willing to make it right.

Chris did a fine job of making correct of my order it was quick painless I was able to get what I had ordered efficiently and I think that he's done a very good job I'm glad that Carrabba's is under such great management Jimmy:

I went with my wife and three- year old daughter. Or waitress, Veronica, was fun and engaging. She took the time and energy to bring my daughter into the conversation. Veronica was great and our food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long to be seated on a Friday night and our food came out fast. I will definitely be going back.

Great experience! Our server, Miss Desiree was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and fun! We will definitely return this location (especially if we get to see Desiree!!)
