I had a wonderful experience with the ladies at this location. They provided me with the utmost customer service and I will always be grateful for their care and attention to detail. I am returning to them in a couple of weeks because why?.......They are simply the best. Keep it classy McComb Enterprise. Love you ladies.

They are the most professional car rental company I’ve ever rented from. I was in an accident Nov 3 2023 and copart came and got my car which promoted me to secure a rental through insurance. I have their 2024 ford edge and it rode like butter and it was new with about 15000 miles on it. I can’t remember the managers name the AA lady and the Caucasian guy were both very friendly, they would often call to just check in to see how everything was going and if I… ME need anything! Customer service is unmatched!!! If you are needing a rental please contact them you won’t be disappointed. They will also walk you through booking the rental with the insurance company so you will not have to stress about doing it.

Went in Saturday to pick up a rental, Nikki was beyond outstanding. She is super nice, very professional and was just overall amazing. She made it so easy to get my rental and even called to check on me today. Her customer service is unmatched.

This location has a good set of options and provide timely service including pick-ups and drop-offs. Mark did a good job of handling my reservation. They are conveniently located as well.

Arianna did an amazing job with both pickup and drop off. I had to wait for my ride to pick me up when I dropped off my car, she did amazing with the other customers. It was busy and she handled it with grace. She stayed on tasks efficiently, dealt professionally with all questions by customers and even resolved issues with corporate accounts. If I use this location I hope to deal with her again.

I enjoyed this experience so much I forgot to take a picture of the car 🤦🏿‍♂ .. anyway 😅... I had to go to a wedding in Pascagoula Louisiana and I was supposed to get a mini car and ended up with an upgrade. The branch manager Nikki Holmes definitely made sure my expectations were met and exceeded.

Staff is always friendly and prepared to serve you. All of vehicles I have lease from here was in perfect condition.

Very helpful. My National Car Rental had a flat tire and Enterprise (owned by the same corporation) while in McComb MS on my way to New Orleans. They hooked me up and repaired the flat tire so I can be on my way. The National Car Rental "Urgently Road Side Assistance" gave me the run around for almost three hours for a simple flat tire problem that I was having.

I recently rented a car from the McComb, MS location. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The customer service representatives were friendly and professional. I have no complaints with either the vehicle or the service. I would definitely rent from Enterprise in the future if the need arose.

Enterprise has always taken care of my need of transportation when I have needed it. I have had to rent a car to transport my wife and her mother to their doctor visits, because the car we were driving had no air conditioning. Also, due to high miles on the present car we are driving, I have needed a good vehicle to make a trip to see my family, church business meetings, and to funerals out of state. The Enterprise Team in McComb, MS have been very understanding and have seen to my care. I have always been given good cars to drive and great customer service. The cars have always been clean and ready to go when I arrived.

My reservation was a very quick process. The rental pick up was hassle free. Within a matter of minutes I was on my way. The rental drop off was just prompt. I loved it, the kids loved it...just a wonderful trip and experience.
