Luna Thai & Sushi Restaurant

Very authentic and luxurious place. Foods were great and tasty, and I can see that ingredients are fresh. I am very happy that I found the beef noodle soup place in this area. Service was excellent as well.

Will absolutely be going back here. Went for a little drive into Linville, and this restaurant seemed like a good stop for dinner.

This might be my favorite Asian cuisine I've ever eaten. Absolutely killer sushi and pad Thai, everything was insanely delicious.

Wait staff was super super friendly and attentive, as soon as our drinks were low they were there to fill them, as soon as we had cleaned a plate they were there to take them. Stellar service.

I live about an hour away from this restaurant, but I promise I will be going back often.

Can't say enough. You will not regret it. The pork dumplings were light and crispy, the Panang Curry was full of flavor with a mild heat (get it double hot), and the seasoning for the Pho was taste bud delectable. We chose it because it was close to our Airbnb and after a long day driving, we wanted something different. Highly recommend and will return.

Absolutely delicious! Had the crispy duck with yellow curry and enjoyed it so much! Our waiter was sweet and kind. Atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. Someone came in we didn't even know and we were talking to each other table to table. Someone came in we did know and the same thing happened.
A little on the expensive side, but worth it for a special dinner! I can't wait to go back.

Luna offers a very good selection of sushi. We, however, do not eat sushi. We order the chicken curry and chicken and cashew meals. The meals are perfect for us and always light, tasty and fresh.
The servers are very attentive.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Absolutely amazing food and ambiance! As a full time resident, my husband and I will definitely add this restaurant to our rotation. Superior service by Josh who didn’t rush us, excellent recommendations, to-die-for chocolate martini, shrimp fried rice, spring rolls, pork dumplings, and something yummy that my husband got (seafood soup?). Gorgeous interior, soft music playing, calming fish tank, and a cool looking sushi bar. Five stars! Wish I could give more. Do yourself a favor and GO!

Great sushi and Thai food. Definitely get the bento boxes and honey ginger tea. The curries are all awesome.

We enjoyed this place so much that we got take out not once, but twice during our weekend stay. The sushi rolls were very enjoyable and fresh. We’ve tried other places nearby for sushi and were disappointed, so it was refreshing to find somewhere enjoyable. We love the mini specialty rolls option! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They didn’t nickle and dime us for extra sauce or dressing like other places have. Luna’s will be our go to when visiting the mountains in the future!

Thanks to Google maps we found this little gem. Good simple food, fast service. Not cheap but had a good warm feeling. The little deck with with heart and ducks was a nice touch.

Our family enjoyed our lunch here and had great service. The Veggie Pad Thai included a generous portion of fresh vegetables. We would definitely return when in the area.

OMG. The best Thai food I’ve ever had!

Lots of Vegan options. Tom Kha, Drunken Noodles, Red Curry were all phenomenal. There was rich taste in each and every meal.

Enjoyed some delicious beef pho, tom yum soup and a signature sushi roll (the Monster). Sweet service staff, calming atmosphere.

My BFF & I came up for a retreat, and we had planned to eat at Stonewall's, but their wait was an hour and a half! When we called Luna, they said they had no wait time. And they didn't. They got us right in. It was a cozy atmosphere, friendly servers, and amazing food! I got the Banner Elk roll, and it was delicious! I wasn't super impressed with the mono maki crab, as it was just crab and rice, and the seaweed roll on the outside was chewy, but it's what I ordered. My BFF's Philly roll was great, too. We will be back and making Luna one of our annual rituals!

We had a great first time experience at Luna, Thai and sushi restaurant. Our server was very attentive and friendly and the roles were both fantastic. We had the Dynamite roll and Cherry Blossom roll with a Tuna tataki appetizer which were all fresh and fantastic.

Food is always good. I have always been skeptical of apps to order food. I would rather talk to someone so it doesn't get messed up or to make a change. They were busy and did not answer when I called so I used the app. I will never order any other way here. The app is awesome!! I was able to customize the orders, it was so simple and the food was what I ordered and of course delicious.

Last minute spot turned out to be the beat we've ever had. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Mai Tais and tofu pad Thai were perfection 👌along with the crispy spring rolls. Fried banana 🍌 dessert just melts in your mouth

Amazing!!! I had never tried Thai food before, and my first experience could not have been better. The food, the service, and atmosphere were excellent!! Will be going back to Luna for years to come!!!

Best sushi in the area and great Thai food too. Service is always exceptional.
