Told me there was a $90 service fee to look at my dishwasher and that if decided to let them do the work they would charge parts and labor and deduct the service fee. Ended up charging me parts, labor, and service fee. Would have cost me only $30 more to buy a brand new dishwasher. Very dishonest. Do not let yourself be swindled like I was.

They only work on whirlpool appliances. Not good!
